For a company that sells really expensive items they really underpay their workers and skimp on the supplies and necessities for an office to run smoothly.

The pay is a little bit above minimum wage with no additional pay or benefits or commission despite the time and effort it takes to file everything while dealing with each client.
It's a wonder anybody bothers to work with people when there's no real benefit in doing so.

The only saving point is really the people that work there, everyone is nice but there's hardly any time to socialize.

Overall, a typical office environment that deals with too much with too little resources and time; good for starting jobs.

Enagic Canada has helped me grow tremendous amounts as an individual. They allow self employment as a sales representative for their various health and beauty products. I had to find my own clients through various avenues, really had to learn how to be more organized and efficient to insure that I had sales coming in. Networking skills were also very important in order to coordinate events and learn new information to help assist with sales coming in with some regularity.

A typical day working with Enagic requires me to lead generate and talk to many leads per day. I do it through text, social media and phone calls. I follow up with my leads atleast 8-10 times. Our culture revolves around sharing the product and the companies vision, which is a the 3 pillars of health. Wealth, physical health and freedom of time. My favorite part about Enagic and is the way they compensate hard work. The commissions are very fair and it motivates me to do better each day.

Work along side some of the most motivated and encourage entrepreneurs as well gaining access to top level sales and people to people training.

Daily method of operations can vary based on experience, work load and work ethic.
There is a website detailing strategies and best practices. marketing materials are provided as well as website and product content.

Very nice workplace (minimal to no supervision). I have been working for less than one year but so far enjoy the environment. Great people and less stress.

As an independent distributor of Enagic, I am responsible to look for a client and train them to become a distributor as well.  I present demos, compensation and about the product meetings with the prospects.

Offers ethical fair business model with maximum profits for direct sales distributors, without requiring any monthly minimums, and allowing for flexibility in scheduling and style.

I had a good time working here as all the co-workers are very chill and easy to talk to. They definitely need to reevaluate how they process their work for more efficiency.

It was a good work place for multiculturalism and multilingualism. I love working at such a place. My boss speaks three languages. She is a nice lady.
