There are two groups within the business.  Those that are run by good leaders that support their people and some groups that are run by narcissistic and condescending individuals who make suspect judgement calls to the detriment of their own people.  Some leaders try to flat-out bully people openly to get their way.  Talented people tend not to stay long.

People more focused on titles and company's past history rather than pay and future outcomes.


More political than the average workplace.

It was a great job to work. Typical 9-5 hours and had amazing coworkers that made for a fun environment. The management was great and really understanding, they really helped me learn and were really accommodating. I worked a sales job in sales in Distribution. The downside of working in this position is that, as a young man, the distribution market is shrinking and does not have as bright a future as other areas of the film industry.

Great company to work for. Management is second to none. Typical day at EOne is setting the workload for the shift so that when they arrive for work, there work is ready and waiting for them to begin as soon as possible. Currently one of 2 management staff on the midnight shift. Quiet on midnights and seems we get more done without added distractions from other departments. Enjoy managing the shift and my great staff of employees.

I can't say that the company is not good. But from my own experience working in the films division, I have nothing good to write about this company because of its culture and internal management staff. 

All I got from it is the 'worst' experience of my employment history!

open and distribute mail, entering invoices, cheque run weekly, ensuring that all invoices are in the statement, verifying cheques are valid either through email or phone with the bank, handle vendor and staff inquiries in regards to payment to Vendors.  My co-workers were friendly and very easy to get along with,

Work life balance was good as we had weekly boot camp classes. The work was monotonous most of the days doing same thing again and again- creating RMAs. The pay scale was not great. The management was very bad - full of politics and very less chances of upward mobility and growth.

My overall experience was great because I have learnt a lot of new thing throughout my experienced.It was great working with my co-workers because they are understandable and fun.There are some complicated shores in my work environment, but with my determination and dedication I was able to master all challenges.

For such a large company, I was shocked at the callousness of the recent  COVID-19 layoffs. I did not receive a phone call but rather got an email written in legalese entitled "Notice of Suspension of Services". This is not how you should treat employees.

Typical day at work was exciting always look forward to new projects.
There was always something new to learn each day.
Management was great.
I worked with more than 30 people and I enjoyed each day I worked there.
Hardest part completing a new project without information.
The most Enjoyable part of work was with my co-workers.
