It’s temp work so the employer dictates that.

I learned that many pkgs are sorted late nights, it's lots of exercise.
management was good for he most part, sometimes language barrier
workplace culture, many different people younger, older, all ranges, everyone worked hard.
Hardest part of job, was being short staffed.
Enjoyable part of job getting to know people you worked with.

I appriciated the opportunity to work in many eclectic professional environments. I met and befriended several people. 
They also make every effort to match candidates skills and personality with each client. 

Agents are generally available if you have concerns or questions.

My experience so far with Equation is really great, however due to the job economy nothing is happening. I can't say this enough each and I know they are trying.

They advertised casual,  but if you can not work whatever shifts they ask you,  then they will take away your shift and give one shifta week.  It's better to work directly to intercom,  instead of this third party. The company goes through a lot of stuffing changes.  And some are not friendly.  

Equations provides a competitive salary and unique work enviroment. Overall this is a great company to work for. As a student working part time at Equations, the company provides me with a flexible schedule and a fun workplace culture.

Staff was amazing to work with, They were friendly, out going, understandable, I would Highly recommend working for them 110% and staff are Amazing…..

I was contacted by Equation Staffing about a position that might suitable for me. The whole process is pretty smooth and efficient. The assignment  is match my needs.

It was an on-call job but they would only call a couple hours before your shift. There was a put your head down and work culture, annoying management 

Friendly environment and very their staff are professionals at what they do.They are very efficient in giving you feedback on your interview or selection process
