A typical day involves an early morning safety meeting, reviewing architectural blueprints for the day's tasks, precisely cutting and assembling steel/wood framing layouts, and installing drywall sheets according to structural requirements while maintaining a clean, organized job site.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy always something to do never a day when you don't learn something new.  Every new day is always something to challenge your thinking on problem solving and learning new skills on getting the job completed

I would have given -5 given the option in google. These contractors are worst and just know how to mint money off their clients with no service. The old service trades does not want to work and find their ways to get away from the job. Disrespectful staff and no respect for clients. I don’t recommend them at all. Better to the job yourself than hiring them.

Very experienced, knowledgeable staff make it a place where you can actually learn a lot. Family orientated company with good values, you won't find too many companies like them left out there.

My boss was a good teacher but was not very good when it came to distributing work as we were getting payed for peace work. The job itself was straight forward and easy to learn/ get a hang of quickly. I never met the head boss as I was just working alongside my boss and we were usually in new buildings and houses.

Job have to be done for the inspection next days

Didn't have good experience with them ..They use apprentices for cheap labour . By rtbe time u hit 70 percent journeyman many guys haven't been taught much and are told they are to expensive to train .Was a terrible place to get an apprenticeship ..

The supervisor was on his first out of town job & he was learning how to lead. Long hours with no appreciation for your efforts. Was looked down upon regularly. Little or no respect for efforts given 

It’s fun depending what your doing and if you work all the time but sucks cause you have to pay your own taxes the company it self don’t care about anyone though 

good place to work good foremans and good benefits . bosses are great and treat you like a person its +.I ve been working here for almost 20 years ,I have transferred all over Ontario and I'm very satisfied with my emoployer
