Started off just fine then every employee I met soonstarted too disappear? quit laid off fired including my manager the upper management hasn't got a clue lots of great employees none of them very happy or want to go out of there way for the company , sales staff is a joke make tons of promises of bonuses for techs finders/sales fees never happen glorified used car salesman. If you get a job here my advice is get your wage and guarantee of hours in writing a techs job should be to supply the labour and skill not to find work for themselves or be let go!

Nothing, terrible company.  Management doesn’t care about staff

Corporate office managers.  Terrible communication, untrustworthy

Toxic.  No team work. Terrible place to work.

There is no shortage of work at Masonlift. Managers and supervisors are approachable and help when you need. The workplace culture is friendly and staff are welcoming and ready to help give you the best start. Safety is priority number one from technicians, parts, to sales which is echoed by management. Opportunities for growth within the company is ample with support from management.  

An absolutely amazing company to work for. They value their employees, treat them with the greatest of respect, and offer great benefits. The only problem with the company is that nobody wants to leave, therefore advancement options are slim to none.

If you can keep your mouth shut, wear knee pads, and have your rights violated at a great pay. This job is for you, so many unexperienced managers at this place trying to leave their mark but BASIC doesn’t equal to magic or competence. 

I work with fun and good people. Management is fair. 
I've developed a good camaraderie with people I work with. The culture is very diverse. The hours are good as well.

Friendly people and great work / life balance understanding. Could pay more money and give bonus to make people stay. Life costs go up but not wages. Head office is easy to deal with.

Nice place to work. Been here since June of 2022 and UT feels like I have been here for ever. It's a fun place to work with people smiling all around you.

Staff are very supportive and friendly right from part time worker to president. It is a very open atmosphere filled with professionals.
