Busy, quick paced job on a daily basis
I learned how to do multiple oil changes, brake changes, shocks changes and more.
Management was good, very friendly, but also had he's bad days.
Co-workers were excellent, friendly, very patient and hard workers.
The hardest part of the job was near the end of the day, where more and more customers came in demanding for service on their vehicles.
The most enjoyable part of the day was when the day started, and everyone was ready and able to work.

Could be good a place to work if management performs professionally. The basic improvement is functional equipment upgraded ones, not the very old equipments. Also not appreciate the employee’s honest effort .

the franchise owner turned out not to have any experience in the Automotive field at all and in the 10 months, I was there went through 4 journeyman techs.  I was a 2ed/3ed year apprentice and had seniority after 2 weeks. the business failed 2 months after I left.  Not impressed in the slightest 

Good team, fun and interactive place to work at. Good management

The management and owners really do love the people that work here.

It makes me happy to come in to work every morning!

Cons

Days can be stressful at times, as with any job, but it's always brief and followed by success.

Got promised the world, but never happened. and was told nonsense, place is void of reason.. Other minimum wage jobs are more likely to treat you like a proper employee. Service advisors want technicians to note down every little thing yet has the same information on the system at the front but would rather play games and watch TV then do their job properly.

in the beginning it was a good place to work but the manager had difficulty in accepting big works because he was not secured. I have been in the field for over 15 years and know very well how to fix on the vehicles. The was no job coming in and the ones coming the manager did not want to take it. i was not growing and was getting bored in doing nothing during the day.

signing in customers, cashing out customer, cleaning and running errands.  

The owner was nice understanding and easy to get along with.

The employees were fun to work with.

The hardest part of my day was being on my feet and being pregnant, the most enjoyable part of my day was being around the customers.

good friends at work did all jobs with 2 mechanics and to kids helping with tires did 135 cars trucks vans in a weak . good times . I did custom exhaust bending order stock fix all shop tools open up store and close up store drop off cars and pick up customers .

the best part was I liked being a mechanic. the was hard to deal with some of the time he did not know the business of the automotive industry. so it made it hard to work there. they closed down 3 months after I left.

Crazy business model. Do 130 oil changes/ week looking for “work”. Boss or counter person up sells customer as much as possible. Hard place to work if you’re a honest tech. I worked for 3 franchisees at this location, all the same.
