Covid screening of people entering and leaving Courthouse. A running number count  of people in building throughout day. Regular building patrols of seated social distancing. Made sure people were wearing masks or had authorized notification for not wearing one.
Working environment was professional and pleasant. *But received several shouted outbursts in public at the site from the assistant Supervisor. Derogatory name calling and told me to "F... off ! 
The Head Supervisor turned a blind eye to this. Finding the derogatory situation unacceptable I left the site.

The jobs I know of in my area were casual, with self starter management. I had pretty much full say on how things would be done, other than any small changes that each company might add or take away for any particular job contract. Management was very easy to talk to and discuss any changes that were needed to make the job easier on the workforce. Management went out of their way to try and understand any situation, from the employee's point of view. If there were more contracts in the area, I, personally would work for them again.

Company sucks, uniform is expensive - don't even get the min. requirements. HQ is in Toronto no one onsite. Complete LACK of training and supervisors unavialble. Supervisors have NO security experience. No wage increase. Too much for too little pay.
Company trained other guards in the city before the realized none of them had cars to get to work site. Favoutism, lazy coworkers --- have to mop up after others shifts

This company does not comply by matoba labour laws they do not into your e i or your federal-provincial taxes and your vacation pay is not paid out no pay stubs and a heads-up is the last your guards I work for this company on the site I was at one stock with owing the federal government over $5,000 and federal taxes because of Neptune security not taking off your federal-provincial taxes

My Experience from start to end was a pretty much smooth process. The supervisor was really co-operative. Whenever i had encountered an issue the supervisors and the mamagment did thier best to support me.

the company is very supportive and helpful. The employees are very helpful to everyone. the supervisor is very helpful and a very humble person , the managers and boses are very protective of their employees. 

loved working with Neptune Security good management but they need to properly distribute the wages and they should offer more benefits to employees, other than that they are a good company i see growth in them in the next few years

Great place to work at, great people to work with. I learned a lot while working at Neptune. coworkers are attentive and easy to work with, also very helpful.

the only 1 down side to working there was they never told me that the contract they had was only 2 month. so after that loss of wages

It was a great company would definitely recommend this company the people there were great and commanded a lot of detail to every aspect of the job. I really enjoyed it there.
