its a busy work place with quite a volume and i manage the payables for all the location.management is really helpful and co workers are cooperative and work as a team. Due to Volume, sometimes the workload is very high but i learned to work in pressure and multitasking is quite easy for me. the best thing is that there are nor report to's so freedom to work on your own gives me sense of responsibility.

Free food. Around the holidays

The owner is a under handed man

The environment can be toxic. And very little support

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Days are hectic and stressful. 
Lots of unhappy customers.

Great Place to work, like all places there's issues however overall ownership cares for each and every employee and performance is rewarded. Tons of opportunity to change, adapt and create your own fit / position. Great place if you have a personal autonomous work ethic / drive, lazy people stay away, you won't last.

There is no employee structure, everyone does what they want. And many get away with it. No management, no repercussions. It is chaos.
People complain about each other in hopes to get them in trouble. It just brings down the whole team morale.

Dirty environment.
Toxic work environment.
No management direction.
Poor management.
No clear policys.
No employee appreciation of any kind.
Hostile co workers.
Hostile customers.


I really enjoyed working at T.A.G. With all honesty, it wasn't the most efficient car dealership that I have seen, but the employees were amazing, and the boss was an awesome guy.

Its fast paced sales environment where one competes among themselves to do better and to earn better. The dealership is always busy with walk-ins. The variety of available vehicles is a pro.

Pay is good. Flexibility is great. Culture is awesome. Ownership cares.  

It ain’t perfect. 
But what is?

It’s been a good experience overall. 
Watching the salespeople will Bend ovebackward for their customers is

It's a great place to work and the managers along with the staff are super friendly as well as helpful. 
Never had a bad day there and honestly got to learn a lot from the company with the help of my seniors there.

During the day there are so many tasks you do which allow you to learn and grow is different departments. The staff is also very co-operative and always ready to help you in any way possible.
