Neighbours

These are my neighbors that I have known for a few years now and they are great both as neighbors and employers. Very friendly and willing to help with whatever needs clarification when needed. They make the job very comfortable and stress free so that I can work at maximum efficiency. I've definitely learned to hone the art of time management and situational awareness, and I'm very happy about that.

I worked for Easy Home Rentals for a few months, my moms really close to the owner and workers so she told me to try it out and so I did. I would dust off all the TVs, clean dishes, stock up for them, I would also highlight dates on papers for them to make it easy for their eyes to catch, especially if there in a rush. I really enjoyed working there, it opened my eyes to the work industry at a young age.

Baby sitting was alot of fun. I always tried to make sure that the kids got their excercise and were having and just being kids. I also was focussed on teaching the kids different things about the world around them by taking them for nature walk and letting them observe various things. The pay was not the greatest, but I enjoyed it and I really enjoyed watching the kids grow up.

Working at Neighbours has been a wonderful experience so far. My co-workers are wonderful people who have helped me during training as well as afterwards. I've found that making sure my customers are satisfied with my service is the most rewarding part of my position and this helps motivate me to improve on myself in all areas.

I plan on still helping out my neighbors during the summer, because they need my help for cutting their grass trimming their hedges, and I figured this can give me a opportunity to try something new and show my skills.

They did a really good job making sure we were well hydrated digging the lot out in the sun, while creating a healthy competitive atmosphere just for the sake of the time going by.

Really good experience, I really enjoyed helping and being there for the boys and because of that we have formed and amazing bond. They were always there to accommodate me and always made sure I was okay.

Not very professional. Did not get 1 day advance warning for when my services were needed on more than one occasion. Although, the children were nice and well mannered. The pay was not very good but it was decent for my first ever job.

I personally love working with people I know and taking care of kids is one of my favourite thing to do! I definitely learned about what my future holds with becoming a parent one day and how to make other people around me feel safe and loved.

The times I have volunteered there have been super fun, the people who work there are super energetic and exciting to be around.  They are all so great and fun to be around.
