The co-workers are helpful and friendly and the training process was good, however, the company suffers through its sheer inability to manage its employees and actual on the job work. They smother you with books to read however none of which becomes useful when management is not providing any actual work to apply the acquired knowledge. The boss is very indecisive, constantly replacing its employees every quarter. The boss also has a tendency to praise his employees and encouraging them to make life changing decisions, like moving closer to work, then immediately firing them for no rational reason leaving them out of job in their new city (BEWARE). Overall apply at your own risk, however I strongly recommend finding another place.

Some days are very long days there. It's a friendly and fun environment, every one enjoyed and work as a family. 
I learned time management, live above the line, technical knowledge and handling projects in a timely manner. 
My co-workers are very helpful, team players and hard working people. They always love and support. 
Every thing is hard but with continuous learning and dedication makes it easier. 
I enjoyed mostly fun activities like breaking arrow event, music and exercise events.

Very supportive work environment with room to learn and grow within the organization. Systems and procedures are in place that makes tasks easier. Reasonable deadlines are provided for completing the projects assigned. The Managers and team members are very supportive and encouraging. Good work is appreciated and rewarded.

They give plenty of time to adapt to the position and once the subject is completely in grasp only then they put you in front of students which is good for both the instructor and the students.


During my time at Netsoft I learned a lot. It was an excellent learning experience for me which is helpful for me till date. There is a system which helped me to be a self starter and the feedback from CEO made me improve a lot. Everyone in the team and management were very cooperative. The overall environment was very motivating to work. 

I was taken on at Netsoft Communications after proving myself a capable and hard working student. The trainers have been supportive and helpful and the institute principal offered me the position. I have learned so much more ever since i became a student there and even more after becoming a technical associate

NetSoft work culture is very good and friendly environment, they always motivates to employees. good management. Working with students gives us a lot of job satisfaction compared to anything else.

During my employment, NetSoft College was professionally and personally accommodating. I was provided with useful strategies and given practical advice from the management. The rest of the staff was also very polite and helpful making the work atmosphere outstanding. 

The working environment was very good, with guidance from senior staff members, a friendly environment, and the helping nature of seniors. Great team environment to work here. Nice management.
