Company is very open to new graduates but requires alot of commitment. Depending on the time of year they have black out time when you cannot take off. Depending on which section you work in, the work will vary from minimum to heavy work load. 

Dealing with customer/developer can be great to uncomfortable since some of the end-users don't respond well or listen to advice well.

A typical day at work usually involves multiple meetings with clients and working on solutions for said customers. 

I have learned a lot about business software and solutions + business practises in IT.

Management is alright but indecisive and do not have much consistency.

Workplace culture is ok.

 Hardest part of the job are the long hours and volume of work.

Most enjoyable part of the job are the people I work with.

typical day would be work on new projects and support the user base. 
the culture good, depending but not too much. There were late nights, but most of the time once work day was done you were able to disconnect till the next day.

This was a great company with amazing, smart people who were willing to help me throughout the internship! I was able to participate in meaningful projects and worked on great features even as an intern.

Flexible work and good perks. Travelling can be an issue. Forward looking company and invest a lot in the product and is supported by the mother company (Oracle) which makes it very strong

NetSuite had an amazing culture before it merged with Oracle. After the merger, the companies operation and management structure changed quite a bit, and not for the best.

Great Company To Work For - I was there from 2004 (Pre-IPO) to 2013.

Had a GREAT RUN.  Management really knows how to reward those who do well and provide support to those who need it.
