Managers, staff, environment - all around excellent place to work!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Standing for long hours.this took me awhile to get used to.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fun atmosphere- great environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
As guest services, my work would be greeting and assisting patrons that come in for events, concerts, conventions

A great workplace. They provide me lots of necessary skills. Moreover, the colleague are friendly and willing to help me at any time.
The tasks keep me working under pressure to contribute to the team's success. Besides, not only do I work in the kitchen but I also help them outside, for example in some events that provide buffet.
All in all, everything is good when I work there.

You can schedule your work around your other jobs. You can work when you want according to the events that they have. They sometimes have dinners for the employees and free food giveaways. Free luncheons  

Easy enough place to work scheduling is rough if you have family. Your schedule can change several times a week. ie. 8-4 to 11 to 7.
It is said that client changes thier minds. 
Management Comunication could be better. 
Small pay increase.

It is difficult to understand why employees are treated like a number, top management has the fear of job security as a tool to implement an policy at the convention centre. Losing your job is as easy as the manager mood swings kicks in

It is a blend of great culture, fast paced events, and every day is different. The team makes it an incredible place to work  and the only reason I left was to get different experience in business development

ITs a quantity kitchen and the production level is always for around 200 to approx 1000 or more people. By working here I learned the organization of the kitchen which is an important part of working in a kitchen.

Management cannot take responsibility or communicate with employees whatsoever....favourtism for employees whose parents are in management get away with doing nothing and Manager is a gossiper

Loved working there everyone is amazing, but for the job description you do not get paid enough compared to the same job at other convention centres.  Many fun events to work, and you meet a lot of really cool people.

Low pay and unsteady hours, but overall nice place to work for. Mangement treats you pretty nicely and the jobs such as coatcheck are pretty easy, I thouroughly enjoyed it.
