What is the best part of working at the company?
Working outside in any weather conditions. Assorted animals & birds for all animal lovers. Great staff to help you with any problems that pop up. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not getting stuck between job sites. Staying ahead of the golfers  while they’re figuring out  how far to the Pin. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great work environment, everyone knows what they have to do. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Doing my job without any interference, helping others with their work.

This job was unforgiving and the expectations for new workers and young kids (aged 16-17) we’re way too high. You will be thrown into the fire and you might not survive. Between the long, hot summer days and early starts (5:00 am shift start time) this job requires strength and resilience that not a lot of people possess. The managers and superintendent are really tough and will be watching your every move so don’t mess up more than once. Good luck to you if you are applying... you’re going to need it.

This is the perfect job for you if you want to do mindless grunt work while also being treated like absolute garbage. I'd rather work as a janitor picking up and cleaning up after other people's waste than working at Northview Golf, at northview golf the grounds crew exploits employees rather than makes the employees feel welcome, also taking advantage of teenagers making them work really hard for little to no reward

Customers come in waves, so you have time between groups to do general cleaning, restocking and other prep work for future customers. I learned how to use a P.O.S. system in a short amount of time. Management team is very nice and understanding of workers. Hardest part of the job is cleaning for end of day because there are a lot of steps but you get the hang of it eventually. The most enjoyable part of the job is the tips in the summer.

I spent this last summer working on grounds and it was a fantastic place to work! Everyone on staff was very friendly and positive, and I really didn't find that there was any negative stress. If you do the jobs you're assigned well, you'll do great. The supervisors are very approachable and kind.

I'm going to keep it short and sweet if I could go back to work there I would (I live to far away) the management was awesome they helped me learn the ropes of the kitchen and were amazing people in general The location is beautiful and it was wonderful commute

Your supervisors are also servers so good luck getting any good shifts. Schedules are changed behind your back. Shift preferences given to family members. Senior management are elitist. No job security.  Working here will make you pull your hair out!

Terrible company to work for, The superintendent is on a constant power trip and treats no one with respect. The assistant superintendent was the only person in management that treated employees with respect.

Great place to work, Had lots of fun, great co-workers, repetitive work but fun. Majority of Supervisors are good, besides some. Overall good place to work besides you will never see a raise and decent management.
