Fast paced environment which helps the day go by quickly.

Sad when you lose your job shortly after you file a complaint for workplace harassment. The manager has no idea what procedures to follow when a complaint is filed. It also shows in how the company handled the whole situation which was very unprofessional.

Some management is weak and some employees show no respect for management even when speaking directly to them.

No one is accountable for their actions and/or errors they make on the job.

They pay no overtime to salary employees but they are required to work longer than 8 hrs per day.

Outside/inside sales have no control or wiggle room over selling prices of material but are expected to have high sales values anyway. Very hard to do in such a competitive industry.

As a journeyman welder. Or general welder. Try your best to find other suitable work placements. You will not learn your trade here. You’ll always be under scrutiny and watched by the cameras 100 percent of your time. The owner even hired someone to watch the cameras and that was his job. Trust. There is none. Team member. No. No sense of that. Believe me you can find better work out there. Benefits are very pricey and pay is sun standard. Your just a number and if they can save a buck by laying you off. They will. 

The owners are wonderful. The employees are hard working and dependable, they are great! Unfortunately, upper management has created an extremely toxic work environment. Primary characteristics displayed are micromanagement, belittling, lack of direction or leadership, lack of feedback and no proactive communication relative to planning. Trust is a requirement for a successful relationship, business or personal. Trust is not a priority for upper management which is a shame. Instead its a game used at the discretion of upper management. Be Careful, choose wisely and Stay Safe.

Depending on the department, you may be hung out to dry with no training. They will give you a blanket overview with no specifics. Then if an error is made within those specifics, there is a lot of blame and finger pointing. Very low tolerance for a person who is learning on their own with no guidance.

Not a bad overall work environment.

Owners and CFO great people. Some managers leave little to be desired. Others are excellent. Departments are segregated

The workers are great.  Supervisors like to play the blame game when something breaks down but likes to preach about safe environments.  Owners are huge Male chauvinists, lost my job trying to defend a female employee and then they said lack of work available (during their busy season)

The work environment is toxic & there is no desire to change. Staff are not properly trained for the jobs they are assigned & nobody cares. Workload has dropped consistently for 15+ months & management is not prepared to trim the fat. Communication is non existent. Rudderless sinking ship.

Price steel is Joke I’ll not recommend it even to my enemy. Stressful Job and worst management. They treat you like a slave not as human being. They only care about themselves not about employees safety and advancement

Management did not provide any feedback on how their employees are doing.  If there were any questions the answers were short and did not fully explain the question at hand.  No documentation of policies or procedures at all.  Not a company to come in with little experience.
