I had an amazing time working there and had the opportunity to meet amazing people in which I’m still in touch with. Unfortunately, Primo does not seem open minded to new ideas and does not seem to want to put any time or effort into the Ecommerce department. They also have no work culture. If they would work on those two things I think it could be a great company to work at! Great place to start but they need to work on these things.

everyone was respectful and understanding. Easy to work well with others and boss respected employees. Boss was easy to relate with. Easy to be comfortable around bosses and go to them with any complaints or requirements. Very few complaints but able to accommodate well.

You will be ask to perform multiple task no related to your job hence you will learn to wear a lot of different hats .

People are willing to help but afraid to be blamed is mistake happens 

Fast paced environment but highly underpaid for the work! I was considered over qualified to be there yet people hired after me had salaries that were 10k or more higher than me and they were juniors !!!

Accounts receivables and claims processing offered opportunity to work with Clients directly.

This is a great company to work for. I always feel supported and my boss is always willing to to let me try new tasks. Very open to employees ideas. Although I would appreciate a more hybrid work schedule. That is my only negative 

Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I learned a lot from my coworkers. It gave me a good feel of management and what a satisfying work culture should be.

what i loved the most there is the people.
I really had a best time, with the best people in my finance and accounting department.
We were like family!

You work hard, and give your all for a company that doesn’t appreciate you. Even after 30 years loyalty they easily close the doors on employers. 
This is a sinking boat I wouldn’t get back on. 

High turnover.....sometimes not thinking about finding the right person for the position but just to fill a hole in the organization.
