Renaissance Personnel

Working with the Renaissance team has been my favourite position I’ve ever held thus far. Their team is so small yet dynamic and really work together to make both candidates and clients happy. They are so supportive and provide a really great work atmosphere for all. In my short time with them, I have made many friendships and memories that I will cherish forever. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and team than Renaissance. I will miss them everyday. 

A typical day may or may not involve a call and if you do receive a call you may go anywhere in Windsor and surrounding area, which makes it hard to make plans around because the call can come in at any time. Sometimes you may work 8-12 other times you may work 4-5 hours depending on the job and whether or not there is a quota to fill.

I worked with Renaissance in Chatham multiple times. My first placement was outstanding and the second was same. 
They know what they are doing and ask the right questions to create a really good fit with potential employers. This is key to me. It is a temporary placement type agency. The staff at Renaissance is beyond top-notch

what can i say . They would call when there was a temporary job available. the work they would assign me wasn't hard at all, and had no problems completing the tasks given to me.

They did a great job of matching me up to my job preferences. Great staff and no problems with getting paid and asking questions. Interview is very straight forward and I even got a job placement in the same day right after after Interview.

I enjoyed the people I worked with. I love the hours, also I most enjoyed lunch and getting to know the people I worked with. Hardest part of job was not mistaken the wrong numbers or letters. The management was great to work with. Very helpful when needed to assure that I got the info correct.

good luck getting a weekend out of this place OT on Saturdays back to back not a fun way to spend your summer. the heat break are well though but you have to make sure you know when its time cause team members will forget you sometimes

Great place great team miss them everyday. They are a small but very collaborative team who strives to meet the needs of their clients be it companies they represent or job seekers whom they support

Like the job, it was hands on. lunch was great, good people to meet, job was straight forward and easy to learn. The co workers new alot of spanish so we got along great.
