we always put our Customer first and Giving targets and Goals to achieve during briefing to my Crews and about management we double check all the targets that we need to achieve for the whole month . It is fun and exciting working in mcdonalds becaus it always provide us a new learnings and experience and the Hardest part in our job is when we have a Customer complain we need to fix it as soon as possible . the most enjoyable part of my job is when the Customer smiles and satisfy in our service . 

Strongly recommend checking out the CICC's disciplinary page to see the current complaints against the owner that are currently being adjudicated.  This is a strong indication of the workplace culture and how you will be treated.  Management is unreasonable with their expectations and you make significantly less than the industry standard for similar work.  The memes about having a pizza party instead of better pay come to life in this workplace.

I regret to say that my experience at SYMY has been extremely disappointing. The work environment is toxic, with a significant lack of support and respect for employees. The company pays considerably less than other companies in the industry, which only adds to the frustration. Additionally, there are no training programs or opportunities for professional growth. I would not recommend working here to anyone who values a positive and supportive work environment.

Mornings start off with management calling you garbage. Set up to fail by everyone  on my first day. No support from team. Job is pretty easy but management makes it hard. Clients are up to your throats with demands. Disgusting how they allow clients to talk to you with such disrespect. But it makes sense since management does the same. 

I am enjoying working in Canada, I learned not just the work related but the culture that gives me other perspective, the people here are awesome and love having friends. Even though the climite here is different from my country where I live before, Im loving it, and also the job was so great and very challenging.

Not a great company to work for. Lazy manager who does almost nothing and creates unneeded tasks for the others. Very high turnaround. Is the manager doesn’t like you, they will let you go the same day, sometimes without any explanation. 

They pride themselves on leadership but there is no leadership. Half the time I was still confused because they did not care enough to teach you properly what to do. For the amount of work and stress that is put on you daily, the pay is not sufficient. 

Easy to communicate to them and once there is a missing documents they will update you immediately so the process of your application will go smoothly. I recommend to work here if you are new to immigration and consultant.

Be ready to be bullied by management. Expected to learn everything after two days.... be told your not working fast enough honestly it's not worth the strain on your mental health
