This place is great if you want hands on experience and great work environment. 
However management or owners seriously lacks any responsibility of hearing employee pleas for change or fixing the real issues at hand. 

There is work thrown at you from every department. If your work load does become unmanageable/unrealistic.......don't dare ask a supervisor for help or tell them you're drowning cause they will not help you. 
The supervisors use their authority to do less work. In reality should be the opposite. Supervisor and managers are there to carry the team and help when needed. Not the case here. 

Pay is ridiculously low for the work itself.
If you're willing to work minimum wage. 
Be over worked and over looked. You found the job for you. 

There are certain supervisors that are what I like to say untouchable as they have close knit relationships with the owners. Nothing will ever change. They are getting rid of the good employees and keeping the ones who slack and pour their work on others until they buckle or break under pressure because it's just not worth it.

Great people to work with and under.  They are flexible and understanding when it is needed.  Customers and clients are the same as anywhere, some great some not so great.  Sometimes the job is mentally draining and stressful but the people around you help you laugh it off.  Only qualm is being short-staffed - most of the time.  Also don't pay as much as other employers do for the same job.

A terrible place to work with 0 morale. The boss could not care less about you or your future and is far from accommodating when it comes to life situations The whole family (because ALL of them are involced) have a holier-than-though attitude. DO NOT accept a job here. They will fire you as quickly as they hired you without batting an eye even if you're been with the company for years and sacrificed other opportunities for them.

Need good wages and more pay. They don’t pay their employees enough money that’s why they are leaving every day. They hired employees every month. They to give their employees good pay. They have good employees but they are not happy with their pay. Good pay good pay . They need to do pay increase.

Management don’t care how hard you work.
Don’t pay good.
No benefit 
No overtime 
Only 1/2 hours for lunch 
One owner 
Company have family issues 
Don’t care about their employees 
Don’t give raises 
Not a good place to work over all


If you are looking for a great place to work with amazing bosses and staff, seamless care is the place. This pharmacy is like no other, it values its employees and puts its clients first.

The work atmosphere is great , everyone is joyful and and friendly.  There is little to no stress at all at work. The only problem is the salary is not that great at least to me.
