My superior manage his people well. It keep us safe while at work. Gives incentives when necessary. Have meetings on new policies and instructions. The superior is understanding and supportive. He guides us when things are not done in good. Implement safety while at work and confident that you do your work accurately.

Great people to work with. Many interactions with multiple tenants and management company daily.

The best part of this job is the people that work in the building for you. The cleaners by far are so graceful and a true pleasure.

The hardest part of this job is the 24/7 requirement.

I believed that there is no perfect company, but i can say that i've learned a lot from this company through the help of the willingness of the management to  continue to teach and help us to perform our job  with positive  views, although we cant avoid some difficulties in culture but i've learned to work with different cultures.

Various tasks, alot that made no sense to your job description so they will push them off on you. Your contracted to another company and have no job stability. You will do things like clean the coffee machine, fill the coffee Beans or order milk but your job title is something else.

My daily chores was just like at home/more detail than I expect, yet
able to get in and out, co-workers work in harmony, greatly. The hardest and enjoyable what learning how to clean restroom in full details/feel confidence about my work/well done. Able to help others when needed/teamowork
