Seven Continents

Working at Seven Continents was a dreadful experience due to the rude and aggressive management. From the second week of working, there was no respect for employees. Management frequently changed instructions, causing confusion and frustration, and they corrected their own mistakes without taking responsibility. They even went so far as to say, "I will kick you out of my office, why didn’t you bring your ***** and ask me?" The lack of proper training added to the stress, as employees were expected to know everything immediately without any support. This toxic environment, marked by disrespect, aggression, and inadequate support, makes Seven Continents a place to avoid at all costs.

Working at Seven Continents was a nightmare characterized by rude, aggressive management. From day one, respect for employees was nonexistent. Management constantly changed instructions, leaving us confused and frustrated, and they showed a clear disregard for our well-being by swiftly correcting their own mistakes without accountability. Moreover, the lack of proper training added unnecessary stress, as employees were expected to know everything immediately without support. This toxic environment, marked by disrespect, aggression, and inadequate support, makes Seven Continents a place to avoid at all costs.

The place itself is very cool and the projects are very interesting.
The main issue with this place is the lack of interdepartmental communication and strong lacking of internal celebration.
Also the management is not necessarily well organised, making deadlines tighter and the waves of quick turnaround work more intense than it needs to be.

Very bad management. This place should be disregarded at all cost for job opportunities. Behavior of CEO is too bad, he thinks he owns the world. Doesn't know how to behave, no manners, no proper communication. General Manager is okay but overall going here for job is a wastage of time and efforts.

Wrapping and packing of items with fast movement.

Performed different levels of operation and maintenance works.

Sorted materials, filled categorized items in racks and pasted labels.

Unloading and loading stock from pallets and recording units of goods moved or unpacked.

Shipping and delivering packs to proper destination based on the order.

The office decoration is great, people are nice.
The supervisor is very rude, yelling all the time without a reason and that's turn the whole office into unhealthy environment.
Also there is no respect for anyone from engineer to worker.
Not good place to work.

Management is very rude, little to no training. They have a ton of projects and are short staffed, expecting new people to know everything when they come in. They constantly use obscenities and they lack patience. They are disorganized.

Certain members of management are certainly very rude.. others are very courteous.

It was a great place to work for the summer and the people who work there were quite nice and quite diverse as well.The most enjoyable part of the job was the fact that I was moving around a lot as oppose to just sitting on my butt all day!

Fast paced environment with a lot of skills to learn and little time to train and practise  .. but once you know what you are doing it is easy. Metal shop wood shop and upolstery shop  with some shipping and reciving
