I initially experienced a positive and supportive work environment, where hard work was recognized and management was commendable.
However, significant company changes altered this atmosphere, and the company's values have notably declined. Those not aligning with the dominant group faced negative treatment, often resulting in either resignations or terminations.
You are micromanaged to a degree that I have never experienced in my life. You have all sorts of people telling you how to do your job when they are not qualified nor have anything to do with you.
Watch your back. They pretend to be your friend and care about you but they all just talk behind everyone’s back. The most toxic work environment I have ever been in.
Given these circumstances, I cannot recommend this workplace.

I was able to learn how to start working as an apprentice and I was taught how to do tires by another tech, since they have a good learning environment. When you have a question the other tech will always try their best to answer it and if you made a mistake the other techs working with you try to fix where you messed up to the best of their abilities when you are still in the apprentice or learning phase, everyone is friendly most or all the time and likes to have a good time with each other.

A typical day at work included operating the switchboard, responding to emails, and greeting and directing customers. 

I learned many general office duties as well as administrative work. 

Management was good overall, but the power was spread to many different managers and it was unclear who's orders I should follow. 

Co-workers were good for the most part, but I did experience a lot of harassment from the salesmen that worked there which made things uncomfortable at times.

I open the dealership start the programs get all the paperwork ready for the day. Everyday is a new challenge with new customers and new inventory. I try to help the management to the best of my knowledge everyday. it is a small town feel dealership I love the team I work with, they make me feel like a part of the family.

I loved working at Southside and would go back in a heartbeat. Every one is super nice, could pay a little more when raises earned, great work and great people. Lots of family in the business makes a friendlier atmosphere.

I am new to the store. Been working there for about 2 months. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Been in the industry for some time now and you can tell when you are working with good people at a good store.

High turnover. Employees fired and hired daily. Communication is awful and you will never be offered a raise. They don’t care about you so be careful there really isn’t any job security. Family run business with strange work culture. Not a respectful environment. 

Management is absolutely horrible, treat you like garbage on a daily, poor poor work environment would not recommend it AT ALL, they will suck the life right out of you 

Stay clear of this place working here will be the worst mistake of your life 

Very toxic work environment. Lots of jobs won’t get paid due to warranty administration incompetence or advisors unwilling to collect payment due to moral qualms. No matter how hard you work, you’ll never get ahead. Don’t put yourself though it.
