I really enjoyed working at the various companies that Spherion had me working at. I was able to utilize many of my transferable skills and represent myself as well as maintaining the reputation that Spherion had established for themselves throughout many years that they were assisting employees looking for work and companies who were requiring additional help. Sometimes, the companies were so impressed with my work ethic they would actually look for things for me to do and extend the initial assignment. The hardest part of any of the positions I was filling was leaving at the end of the contract.

my job position was quality inspection of car parts.

I learned what the part I inspected did in the car or truck it was made for.

The Management was good and good to work with.

Some of my co-workers were good to work with and easy going and helpful.  Some weren't so nice they seemed upset all the time.  if you asked for help they would get very frustrated which wasn't so nice and didn't make the job fun at times.

The hardest part of the job was working with individuals that got frustrated when you needed help.

The most enjoyable part of the job was the hours.  When I was done for the day I still had time to do what I needed and get my daughter from school and spend time with her.

Spherion staffing solutions helped me land a great job working in TD's head office in mississauga. There I had many different roles that varied from contacting clients, branch support team, fielding phone calls and faxes as well as distributing internal mail for my department. The most enjoyable part of this job was knowing that I was in the end, helping out the clients who bank at TD. Its fulfilling to know you have worked a file from open to close.

This company unfortunately is no longer in the Great Moncton Area, but when it was it was an excellent organization to work for. They helped you in developing your skills into a great recruiter. They helped improve screening, one on one behavioural patterns, and general questions to obtain what you were looking for. Great place to work for on a contract term.

I learned in an environment where all my skills were utilized and I had the opportunity to obtain full time employment at the end of my contract.  I was supported and paid correctly by the staffing company.  I enjoyed the fast pace of the start up of this logistics company.

Set up work station, get days order requisitions, pull, sort and package orders. Time and space management, for multiple orders. The management team was pleasant to work for and the coworkers were also enjoyable to work with. This being a temporary position, I found the working not challanging enough for the long term. The people I worked with.

Administered heath & dental plans to post secondary students. I learned to devise spreadsheets & planned scheduleds, also open house sessions regarding dental plan. Great co workers fun environment. Scanning data for particular student information. Best part of the job the employee comrodery!

It was a very well organized company the co-workers where very respectful we would finish all are tasks on time. A usual day at work would be unloading a truck and packing all the items on a skit wrap it up and load the items onto another truck. There was no hard parts about this job
