I am given the freedom to take on more creative projects outside of my role. I enjoy being engaged in other aspects of the company as it gives me the opportunity to see the bigger picture and be part of that growth. 

I am given enough direction so that I know what my goals/deadlines/objectives are, but overall this is the perfect place for someone who takes the initiative to ask questions and implement new processes. I appreciate that management is open to receiving feedback and suggestions for process improvements, and I know that my contributions are valued. 

Overall the team works well together - collaborative, proactive, and open to feedback.

Staffworks is a small recruitment company that relies on a handful of recruiters. Meaning callbacks, emails and texts are hard pressed, and if given they are passive agressive and let you know that you are bothering them. My recruiter is the most narcissistic human being I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Passive agressive and short, even when I had basic questions about my employment. Recruiter lied saying the position I was offered was primarily work from home, when they actually required you to be in office multiple times a week. I was let go without reason and from that point on I knew I would no longer continue working with them. My pay was shortened multiple times, and the recruiter I worked with clapped her hands at me in between her words so I would "get her point" Incredibly unprofessional. Have no clue how this company functions. 

I often felt that the resources allocated for candidate development and training were insufficient. This limitation made it challenging to adequately prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a high level of satisfaction among both clients and candidates. I felt trapped in a system that was not designed for success. Management was more concerned with short-term profits than with building long -term relationships with clients and candidates. This corrosive culture made it difficult to do my job well. I was regularly being pressured to place candidates, even if they were not a good fit for the role. This led to missteps on my part, which damaged my reputation and made it difficult to find success in my career.

I have been working here for 9 years now and it has really been worth my time.  I got to experience regular salary increases and multiple promotions in the course of my stay here.  
The company serves a variety of industries and I got to build meaningful connections within those industries. My professional network has expanded considerably and I feel my clout strengthening in the communities we serve here in Canada.   
The company has strong corporate values and a solid team behind it.  For a small business, I find it impressively organized.  The energy is high and fosters resourcefulness.

Working as an HR Generalist at Sherbourne Health has been a very positive and rewarding experience. A typical day involves supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting employees and managers with HR-related inquiries, maintaining employee records, and helping coordinate various HR initiatives and administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Management has been supportive, approachable, and encouraging of professional growth. The workplace culture is inclusive, collaborative, and centered around respect, compassion, and teamwork, which creates a welcoming environment for both staff and clients.

I had wonderful temp agents who listened to what I wanted in a job. They matched me to a terrific contract job! I was eager to try contract work as one possible way to get hired on permanently with a company. It just might happen. For now, I am happy for the experience, the chance to see how the company is and hopefully become a permanent employee with them. Staffworks helped me through all the steps along the way. Thx!

The support is outstanding   Got to update my recruitment strategy and skills.
I find utmost fulfillment in what I do.  Being able to place people in their dream companies is gratifying for me.   
Over all, an awesome place to build a career in recruitment / staffing.  

Brand new facilities with motivated and friendly people to work with. What could be better? Workplace culture is very positive oriented, so the students that attend school here also have a healthy outlook on their future life. I love working here part time mornings at the reception desk, seeing what is going on.  Hardest part is keeping up with all the new routines etc., because everything here is so new for everyone. It's fun and the mornings fly by!

- Great work ethics and organizational culture
- Allows for a work-life balance
-Really understood your needs and catered to them

The culture is relentless, management style is not progressive and the work is mundane with severe micromanagement. The contract doesn’t say much which leaves a lot of grey area once you start I.e leave, work from home etc 
Culture is toxic and no room for growth within the company. The sales manager does the same thing the account manager does.
