Almost every labor time is under the industry standard. Most customer complaints have no diagnosis time provided. Administative fee docked from technician labor time on warranty. Work handed out as management sees fit rather than in sequence. Will have to work on domestic fleet vehicles at import rate using labor time guide. Long hours. Weak advisors. Will be dealing with other's comebacks a lot for free.

The workers are nice people to work with but the Service Manager is a nightmare. 
It's his way or the highway. Only interested is overbooking appointment, then is very surprised why customers complain about long wait. Never listens to front end staff when legitimate concerns are raised. Will tell his personal friends to come in without appointment and puts their work order in front of appointment customers. Will never come out of his office to help when the service drivethru is overrun with customers. This place will improve a lot of he  was removed. 

No room for movement within the company. Service and parts department are a complete disaster and the managers could care less. It is all about money. If you are not making the owner enough money they will fire you without cause, warning, or any justification. 
They also over promise and under deliver. Stay far away 

Very good experience working at Stouffville Toyota, gained many friendships and great environment. Many different tasks, so it is never boring, you're always trying to keep yourself busy as the workplace culture is engaging and fun. Fast faced environment, which means a more energetic culture.

Those in which made the dealership money had great leniency to the point where other staff members had to pick up on others short falls often. The dealership failed to make time for employee development as well as new ideas and therefore missed out on some great talented people.

Great dealership to make some friends and work togeather team is great work is tough without being paid enough. If you’re willing to work as hard as you can for minimum wage this is ur spot. 

Sweep all rooms till they were clean. Help mechanics with their duties. And wash all cars that needed to be washed. All employees are very nice even the management. sometimes it is very fast passed but you can always look for an employee for help.

You must keep track of your hours here they will cut and move your pay so it least benefits you. The service manager will also try to stab you in the back. 

Everyone is amazing and it’s a great family run business! The environment is up beat and there is always something to do. You will meet some great people while working here! 

Worked as a shop helper there for a bit didn’t like it service manager needs to get fired more of the boss than a leader And good luck taking lunch’s into Saturday’s
