The first thing that struck me while starting my job here at SunMETA was the inclusivity of the staff employed; they seemingly employ the best candidates available, regardless of race, gender, or sexuality, which is incredibly encouraging. Additionally, there is a genuine and encouraging support system fostered here, where everyone is kind and encouraging of both individual and collaborative endeavors, whether that be professional or personal. The company is steadily growing, so I think there are some general growing pains as everyone tries to adapt to new projects, workloads, and company goals, but all in all, it’s a great opportunity for many.

The company is mismanaged and has a toxic work culture. Family members hold key leadership roles without expertise, leading to inefficiency and poor decisions. Micromanagement is excessive, and there’s a complete lack of trust in employees. Achievements go unrecognized, while blame is quickly shifted onto staff for any failures. The environment is demoralizing and unprofessional, making it an unsuitable place for anyone seeking career growth or a positive work culture.

I'm so happy I was hired at SunMETA...in my experience they are one of the few companies that really care about supporting their staff, having a positive work culture, and allow you to grow professionally.  

They have a fun  collaborative team, lunchtimes playing pool is a nice social time, are about to open a private gym, and best of all, an experienced team of industry professionals who spend a lot if time helping staff to grow.    

If you are capable and looking for an opportunity then you would be fortunate to get here.

A good place for thise who start their career in Canada and are looking for a company that operates legally providing all necessary documentation to their employees for PR applications, for example. Good salalries for newcomers, excellent opportunity to figure out how Canadian businesses work and adjust to their mentality and work culture. Met friendly and talented people here. While working here for 2 years, was promoted twice.

Each day is dynamic and engaging, with opportunities to collaborate, refine materials, and contribute to meaningful projects. The work is both challenging and rewarding, offering continuous learning and growth.
Management is supportive and communicative, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation. The workplace strikes a great balance between professionalism and a positive, inclusive environment.

The work environment was highly stressful and lacked adequate support from management. Communication between teams and leadership was inconsistent, leading to confusion and inefficiency. Employees were often underappreciated with little regard for work-life balance. The culture felt toxic at times. I recommend future candidates carefully consider their priorities before joining.

I have never worked in a company where the workplace culture was so professional and respectful of each employee. Great place to work. Everyone works toward the same goal of student success and work together to get tasks done.  There are fun activities to take place in during off hours. They except you to work hard, but still have a work-life balance. Hard work pays off here. One of the best companies I have worked for so far.
