They are a furniture warehouse, and their work methods are to send guys at $14-$15 per hour, on an order-picker, to pick HEAVY and LARGE boxes from the third rack.  Example: Queen Mattresses are on the top and Single mattresses are on the floor.  Tethered to the lift, employees are expected to climb into the racking to maneuver their loads.

When suggestions were made on how to improve, my job was cut.  

I will not be shopping in their stores nor setting foot anywhere near them seeing how badly they treat their employees.

This work was about selling furniture to clients. Couches, beds or kitchen sets, we had it all but the place the store was positioned was really bad for making sells. There's no clients for most of the time. I learned a lot about furniture. The hardest part of the job was to wait all day for clients and the enjoyable part was actually intervening with clients.

…… Very poor management on schedule, mixing the responsibilities therefor as a manager/director they are always right and the frustration  is yours. Some how if they don't like you for variety of reasons, the atmosphere makes you to let Surplus RD and leave.

Great salary, friendly environment. You have a lot of freedom to implement your own visions. Bosses aren't too demanding, because the lifting is already demanding.
