Seems nice at first and then becomes a nightmare. Don't be fooled. Best to look elsewhere. Horrible place to work. 
High turn over due to poor leadership and the two main bullies who run the place who nitpick over everything.  OCD x10 Management.  Excessive HR meetings to grill you on how you like their OCD management style.  
Since they pay you - you are expected to work all the time. Nights, weekends, etc. Emails in the evenings, weekends. 
Constant teachable moments - you will never be good enough.
Log every 15 minutes of work you day into your calendar. Use google chats to monitor your every move. 
You really can't get much work done here. 
Small cramped office,  work on top of each other.  

The team is very kind and quick to welcome new members. There's a lot of room to grow and learn within the company. It's nice to have an employer that will sit down and talk with you like a colleague rather than a boss. I feel very seen and understood and they try to accommodate requests as best they can.
