The staffing industry has high turnover, nonstop rejection, long hours and heavy workload, and metrics/targets to hit.  This is no different at Vaco Lannick.  What is different is the constant training and support, as well as alignment from the senior leaders.  If you're going to get into staffing/recruiting, make sure your eyes are wide open about the cons and ask lots of questions of the interviewers.  That said, this is the most healthy staffing agency I've seen to start your career and learn from people who are committed to teaching you.  Mostly working from home is nice although if you're in sales you'll need to be out meeting clients anyway.

After interview with the directors of client services at lannick I was sent a job offer. The interview as well as the directors were pleasant. I was given 7 days to accept the offer and before the 4th day was over they redacted the offer due to myself appearing “hesitant.” I was not hesitant and verbally committed to the job multiple times. This is not misinformation before lannick even responds saying it is. Very unprofessional, not the directors fault.

-Business hours 8:30am to 5:30pm
-Learned about accounting and finance, the industry what it's all about.
-Great management, everyone treated everyone at the same level.
-Best part of the job was dealing with new people every day, interacting with new clients.
Hardest part would be sometimes, people who are rude on the phone.

Load up pages and start searching for people based on priorities. Conduct interviews and help people make career choices.

Fun office vibe (the people), great office benefits (lounge, PS5). Good office location in the old port.

Company does large office wide trainings! Also HQ hosts training for people.

Also we take part in team building activities.

I enjoyed many things about my time at Lannick the first and foremost being the people. The bosses treat you like people and your co workers are helpful and friendly from day one. The culture inspires hard work and excellence. Make the most of the time and participate in everything you can.

When I worked for Lannick Group of Compnies i was a data clerk, and it was a great company, good benefits, great co-works, and most importantly the work vibe always made you want to come to  work because of the great management.

I had the opportunity to work with Lannick Project Recruitment and had a great experience with my contact.  For a senior seasoned  professional I was able to work from my home office providing great candidates to the client.

The management team were great to work with in their hiring process.

Unrealistic expectation, you will receive phone calls from Lannick Group but then you will be waiting, not promising anything. They will post their ads just to have you sign or register with Lannick Group. Best to ask question first about the posting.

Vaco is one of the greatest place to work at. The managers don't really stress you, they are super understanding and cooperative. They really listen to your thoughts and maintain great management system. Bonuses are great too. 


they dont pay their staff, management prey on women at social events in all departments due to majority of staff being remote it's the only time they get interaction therefore senior staff don't know how to behave. Poor benefits and poor structured business I would avoid.
