Strong Work-Life Balance: Generally offers a healthy balance, typically allowing employees to log off by 5:00 PM. However, this remains subject to impending campaign deadlines and individual management styles.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): The time-off package is highly competitive. Standard allotments include 3 weeks of vacation, birthdays off, statutory holidays, 2.5 summer days, half-days on Fridays preceding long weekends, 5 personal days, and 5 sick days. Additionally, the office closes during the week of Christmas on an "on-call" basis, and leadership occasionally grants unexpected paid days off to recognize hard work.

Personally, my experience was quite positive, largely because I was placed on a relaxed account centered around an industry I genuinely enjoy. My sole reason for departing after nearly six years was stagnated financial growth; without a promotion or raise in years, my compensation simply could no longer support the rising cost of living.

The onboarding process of your new role lacks comprehensive training. You'll have no idea what you are doing initially, but you'll learn as you go. Managers and colleagues are very supportive and willing to help. It's a relaxed worked place. After you've been there for a while the job will be easy for you.

Truly a great company, they give you a lot of responsibility. A lot of room for professional growth. The only draw back is the salary. The advertising industry is not very well paying for junior roles.

Strong company with a good work life balance, learned a lot about how to work in a team environment. Hours were very flexible as were the people working.

While I cannot speak for every small teams, the team manager & director I had the pleasure working with were very caring and transparent with their communications, you feel safe speaking up. Great experience!

Every team is different but my managers have been very supportive with my development. Wish pay was more competitive though as benefits are cover very little.

this is by far the best workplace i have come across that have a steady balance between work and fun and teams are amazing with the best leaders.

Salary and benefits are also great.

The team was decent, overall workplace culture is chill with employee perks. Sometimes stressful with demanding clients and need to work overtime. Office and transport is good.
