That was my first official full time job and it was the best place to start from. I found a great friends, managers and team was always really supportive and helping.  Fast carrier path really impressed me and with each and every step you only learn more and more!  With work environment that in 6ix management I was happy to come to work even extra shifts. It definitely gave me a lot of experience and change me to be better version of myself. If you would ask me if I would choose this company again when I applied , I will definitely say yes!

They dont pay you properly you have to be on guard with that, they only take you so they can move up themselves; if you are not able to perform  then you will hear alot of complaints it is not a secure job that takes the time to care for its employees wellbeing. Finally you have no time for yourself you are in the field all day 6 days of the week from 7-8  no matter the temperatures with only an hour break.

Good money if you make enough sales

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The leaders don't help alot. They pressurize you instead 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not the best is what i would say, they have good celebrations and stuff but it's pretty stressing when they force stuff on you

This is the first time in my life where i felt that I belonged here and i am not stuck in the workplace. All the days are different and fun and i always get to learn to learn new things. My colleagues and team leaders are always super energetic. The best thing about this work is that everyone is a one team and all of them helps each other. 

It also helping me improve my extrovert skills. 

Now before I begin I want to mention that you can make a ton if you are a succesful sales person. However, the work life balance is almost non existent. They tell you to be at the office by 11:20 AM and you almost always find yourself at home by 9:30-10pm, not to mention its 6 days a week. I genuinely would be 70% happier with this company if saturdays were not a thing here.

Don't work here people is great but you'll feel pressured every second.
Long and misleading hours they'll tell you you're going to do one job but end up doing door to door sales.
This is basically door to door but with Rogers sales.

My experience working at 6 Management has been nothing short of amazing. The team culture is the greatest thing about this workplace. Everyone here is very goal oriented and is more than willing to share all of their knowledge regarding the job. I would 10/10 recommend anybody to this company! 

People here are like family. It is always fun. We are laughing almost all the time. Everyone is so supportive whether its personal and business. Management is great because they are always pushing you to get better. 

Can learn and earn in all the ways.Mainly workplace is really fun and work culture is amazing to work with.Management and leaders really motivate al other colleagues in order to achieve goals.overall awesome place to work.

I started working here around 2 months ago and now a team leader in just 5 weeks. Great scope of progress and development and building out your own team and improve others.
