Well developed relationships with key contractors in Alberta ensures they can keep their staff busy all year round.

Management is dedicated to supporting and empowering their staff, company culture is 10/10 even on bad days compared to previous employers, and overall structure is strong to last. I've never worked somewhere with such a healthy environment which is consistently maintained by the entire team through the use of the company's Values system. Nothing is perfect but A&H makes a clear effort to be better every day for their staff, for the community, and for the industry. Truly so lucky to be a part of this company.

During the summer not a bad place to work to earn a paycheck. Core employees in the shop are very childish and can be dangerous to work with. Don't expect raises from the company as it tends to care more for the core guys. Being cross trained on all the machines meant more work less pay. They would ask the higher paid guys to go home and ask the cross trained to pick up the slack. Great gig if you're 18 but stay away if you have a family to feed.

I have been working with this company for just over three years.  The communication with my supervisor and others in the company has been very good all around.  It is fairly easy to get to the right person and clarify goals on any project I've been assigned.  It allows me to be the contribution to a company that I see doing a lot of good in the industry and my community.  

There isn't a bad thing I could say about this company as a whole. It's inclusive and management is extremely genuine. They live by their values and ensure all employees are happy, also provide room for growth. 
My coworkers are amazing people, and I've learnt so much from everyone, there's support everywhere you turn if needed. 
This company goes above and beyond any other job/employer I've ever had 

I have worked here for three years now and there is not a single person that I don't enjoy working with. Management cares about what I'm working on and does their best to make sure I'm satisfied. 

They also work hard to live their values. They don't always get it perfect but they go above all the other companies I've worked with. 

That place makes me sick to think about ,it’s actually scary to think I  worked there management would stay bye the bathrooms to make sure you wouldn’t be going if you went they timed you and then treated that they will built a toilet bye your machine In front of customers I was embarrassed to work there overtime forced upon and treated like absolute trash when I mean trash I mean TRASH 

I enjoyed being employed and starting my apprenticeship with a awesome , hard working ,enjoyable crew. It was true brotherhood. Was advanced quickly as I had a awesome foreman and crew . Who drove on getting the job done. 

I am happy to be part of this great team. I appreciate the supportive and collaborative environment, as well as the opportunity to work with talented and motivated colleagues.

It was an awesome experience tieing Rebar and id go back again to doing this type of work also company lunches and Christmas dinners getting to know all the staff and coworkers id for sure go back to working with this company again
