I learned a lot specially in improving my management skill whether with clients or with my staff .
I did work in different locations and each location had their own culture and cliental but all was fun specially the support you get from the CEO to DM .
Alexanian Do treat me like a family member I feel the love .
There is always some challenges in every job but once you know how to solve it than everything will be easy ,

The management in head office are liars

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible culture of lies and the district manager is slimey as all get out

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
slow....nobody comes in and they run on a 65% margin which is basically screwing people

Alexanin was a good experience from me, the job was fine to do, the people that i worked with were also good leaders, the only bad about Alexanina, the location of this establishment was 1h15min away from my home, i did commit to this job for few month, but the return was no there for me. my daily commute t did not pay me enough to continue my commitment toward this job.

I worked there as an administrative assistant for about a year. The Alexanian family was very kind and accommodated with my schooling. The pay was higher than other administrative jobs in the area. I was treated very well, and I really enjoyed working for this company!

Enjoyed working there on busy days, slow traffic meant no income. Too much downtime at work and plenty after work closing sales at clients homes. Too unreliable, income was up and down depending
on the public.

Supportive environment where management and each employee is taught to care for one another. High level of training in regards to customer service as it is expected to be on the highest level. Impressive that the company has been family run for over 97 years. All in all, a great experience.  

I have worked for this company for many years, was passed over for promotion  even though I had more experience and or seniority I go out of my way for them but it is not reciprocated

For the first year you are salary but the contract is for one year after that you are 100% commission.  The staff who are established offer no help.  they actually hope you will fail.  more business for them.
