The worst environment, you will never get a raise, upper management will belittle you and talk down to you. Everyone talks about everyone and when you express your concerns they will pretend to do something, but no actions will ever be done. Lots of favouritism, you will be expected to do everyone’s job plus yours and then be questions when you don’t do it properly or not fast enough. They would rather see you quit then deal with issues with other employees. HR thinks she’s a manager and is not for the employee's, no one can be trusted. The place is very divided with people. Some of the sales team is good and actually nice and care about you other than that your on your own.

appliance canada is the worst place to ever work at. you’re better off at mcdonald’s. the work culture is extremely toxic. management is lower than low. HR does not take initiative to help its employees neither does the GM, assistant manager, or any other department managers. my most enjoyable part of the job was giving my letter of resignation. you’re lucky if you find two nice people at this place but in the end, all the good ones leave and the horrible ones stay. that is what appliance canada is now full of horrible people

Invest back into the staff. This is probably one of the worst companies to work for. The type of staff that work there really suit the company: low quality. 

Toxic work environment. People will regularly go behind each other's backs and will report you for literally anything (including not looking like you're working hard enough.) You'll regularly be asked to do someone else's job. There are some great salespeople but they're wasted working here.

Worst company. HORRIBLE pay. Management doesn't care about you. You are just a number. I quit there after two and a half weeks because they put so much work on you and expect you to have it all done in a couple of hours. PLEASE DONT WORK THERE!!

People are making 200k+ in this company, however they have been there before dawn of time. As a newcomer, it will be extremely hard to get your share of the pie.

I was a payment clerked and it was a pleasure working with my colleagues. Always appreciated, good feedback, great environment. I will definitely recommend.

Small crew of people that got along really well. Got previews of of all the new appliances and electronics and got them at a very good prices if they were for personal use.
