I have started worked with this company for a year now and I am so much glad that I am the part of this company. The company is very caring towards all employees. 

All of the resources needed to succeed are provided to you for your growth and the skills that you will learn from working they are invaluable. I learned a lot and gained great experience! Would recommend definitely for people who wants to be bright and visible at their positions.  Managers above me have been going out of their way to help me progress my career, including asking about my career desires and giving me time to grow in those skills. They helped me to show me the best way & I am very thankful to them. We have very good and successful business model. Clients are happy as we deliver above expectations. Now we are expanding and growing outside Winnipeg so super excited that more people are going to join our company . 

Other best part of our company is they always organize picnics for all the employee families and great Christmas parties for everyone so that all employes connect with each other.

They asked me to come in for an interview and i happily accepted, during the interview i told them that i believe i would require more training to truly thrive in the industry, they said that’s no problem and that they provide great training which left me feeling excited to start my career. However three days later they let me go for the following reasons:
-Training could take a long time
-My experience level is too low despite them knowing i had little experience 
- They want someone who can immediately preform and get results.
Needless to say i was left very disappointed and quite honestly sad after being let go, i feel like it was very unprofessional to hire me, get my hopes up and then let me go two days later even though they had the knowledge that i am new in the industry and would require training. Overall i wouldn’t recommend working here.

Great atmosphere to work, Management is courteous and friendly.The company values are ideal , they want their employees to be happy and committed for the long haul.People at all levels are extremely nice, approachable and willing to help.I have learnt many skills, as we deal with new people every day so each day a new opportunity to grow and get succeed. Apart from work, management values your culture- Picnics are organized to unite all diverse culture people. Delicious food!!

I am glad to be a part of this company.

if you plan on having a sales career then do not apply here. it can seriously ruin your chances at getting hired in other dealerships. they dont pay you anything they promise they have no CRM database due to extremely unhappy customers. training is non existent they dont teach you a thing about the business. strongly advise you to not work here if you have any morals and actually want to help people find the next right vehicle for them. Shady is the kindest word to describe this business.

By far one of the best companies...  Learned many qualities of providing great customer service.will depend on your advancement as management will vary. But everyone is great for the most part, it’s a great job to start off with. Great experiences, great way of training you.

The managers are very supportive & the team is very dedicated to making you feel at ease. Everyone is very welcoming and fun to work with.

This is a terrible place to work. The owner will choose not to pay you or deduct money off you pay for no reason. When asked he will refuse to repay it. You will be asked to do things that are both unethical and borderline illegal. No benefits until after 2 years of working . I would suggest running from this place and never look back.

A typical day at work starts from warm greetings from colleagues.

I've learnt a lot about problem solving, dealing with emergencies, and creative thinking during my time in Auto List.

The management team is very supportive and always encourage me to think outside the box.

The most enjoyable part of the job is there will always be challenges in daily routines.

This is the 11 th ad for this position since I've left. 😂

That says it all ! 

You are the owners personal slave. Extremely rude and demanding. No time to do your own job as you are constantly running out to his vehicle fetching his coffee, grabbing his brief case, gathering his laundry etc....

A typical day at auto list will be productive and fun. Management will always be there to help you learn at any step. Diverse work culture. You will learn everyday if you are starting new carrier. Best free lunch !!

It's a great place to work at. I have learned a lot of things from this place. Management is very helpful and co-operative. Workplace culture is also really good, you will enjoy it. No job is hard when you are passionate for it and interest in the job.
