i learned whats is the operation departments in the banks concdern with and i appointed as head of operation in my branch and gained solid exceperiance in banks operation tasks.
management was very proffesional
my co-workers was laking of exceperiance and looking for their benefits in priorty of their obligation and thats was my hardest part of job how coach such as staff and finally i sucssed by applying Policy of reward and punishment.
the most enjoyable part of the job quartely meeting between high management and all branches operation heads

* Working from 8 a.m. untill 5 p.m.
* I got 7 years experience in all opetaion major starting from Cash area ,Operation & Operation head.
*Love working with a team as it gives the employees a friendly atmosphere through th elong hours.
*I believe that there is nothing hard in work because no one was born knowing what he will study or do for living. So it is normal to learn and get used on work.
*The most enjoyable part is to have good co-workers who will be part of the whole team success.

Good environment to produce work project.
Due to a job post had a possibility to learn about the work of a range of different departments and contribute to work process optimization and risk minimization.
From time to time top managers show insufficient knowledge and level of performance.
A relatively comfortable place to work and communicate, especially with the high level of French.

Month end work but I used to love it.

Amazing people, manager and work place was neat and clean. Everyone was so good.

That was busy and full of fun and knowlege

This company has low-paying jobs that won’t let you advance even if you do much better than most managers. 
Management is unwilling to listen, everyone is pushing back on anything you may ask, the company culture is just plain terrible, stressful, and employee turnover is very high. They will try to sell you great possibilities and diversity , but it’s really a trap. 

BBP Paribas is a great work place, it values the people working and there is a great interaction between all employees at all levels. Most of the people managers are phenomenal. Employees relationship is very respectful, people recognition is remarkable and there is always a room for personal and professional growth
