Birchcliff was an exciting and challenging place to work...Very strong Management team surrounded by , in my opinion, the strongest technical team in Calgary.  Very strong Surface Land Group, and an extremely fun workplace culture.

Disjointed teams with reactive short-sighted planning.  Company could be so much more effective with collaborative teamwork,  oppressive creative and problem-solving environment.

This company I worked my butt off for. And got crapped on the whole time about it. Further to the slave driving mentality of the foreman. And the lack of experience in the managers. It is bar none the worst oil company to be involved with.

The company always says that it's employees are it's #1 asset. This is as far from the truth as it could get. I've witnessed this company's treatment of their employees and it leaves much to be desired.

Great place to work for a short time. Really great benefits and people but nowhere to progress to as no one leaves. This is perceived as a good thing but then you are left with older people who are lazy and the young people leave.

Enjoyed the workload, the environment and the people I worked with. Very challenging and educational work experience.  Lots of learning and opportunity to develop skills.

Amazing work environment. Everyone is very helpful and management was very keen on helping me advance my career.

Very fun culture and almost felt like a start up company culture.

Great place to work.  Birchcliff takes good care of their employees and they have a good work / life balance.  Flexible with days off and lots of great company events.  Work hard , play hard is a good way to explain it

Professional work environment with challenging and interesting projects to work on. Full time employees were welcoming and helpful and made me feel welcome as a contractor.

Great company, great atmosphere from the management down to the field and office employees. Very caring management and CEO who truly cares who you are, and about your well being.
