Had the perfect hours, with every weekend and holidays off.

I didnt find anything stressfull about working for this company

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment was great, the staff and employees were always friendly and helpful. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I worked in the fiberglass area and it was fast pasted, had to pay close attention to details, and had to be able to work as a team to complete any tasks that had to be completed.

Check my e-mails, look at my task manager to see what I have planned for the day and then start achieving my objectives.
Liase with peers and ownership about any forecast changes overnight. Organize cycle count of inventory I'll be ordering to replenish the next day.
Price negotiating, fighting off price increases are the biggest challenges I have, sometimes truckers who aren't truthfull are frustrating.
Making everything come together so production keeps going at full speed while having a positive impact on the bottom line is the most fullfilling part of my job.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The  site is easy to get to and the hours are good,  the pay is fair but it could be better for the work  you do in parts, lots of heavy lifting. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Some of the co-workers and their attitudes in parts.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is okay. In general most of the people are very kind and helpful, but there is a few you are not.



What is a typical day like for you at the company?
To pick orders for shipping and wrap them to go the shipping area.

place will screw you for all its worth and when they don't see you benefit like they want they throw you away. there is always the good people there and then there's management nobody likes them but always put a good face on for them. they were rude and do not understand after working long time with them that the job gets frustrating when you have to train someone new every week because someone quit. unless you enjoy working in heat and like being harped on to do other peoples tasks i suggest finding better artic spas will make you bust your @** for pennies and give no recognition.

You’re just a number, it’s a job, but they take advantage of you. They talk a lot of valuing employees is there, wanting employees to have careers there, but it’s all lip service. Not any room to move up, and they make sure you know you’re replaceable. Incredibly Toxic environment, and unless you’re sleeping with the right people, don’t expect to move anywhere. Also the high school drama/gossiping environment is relentless. 

The days started early, and ended late. We would clock ourselves in on arrival and proceed to the factory floor.

Every station had different duties, but all the ones I was assigned to basically involved heavy lifting, pushing carts, and taping.

I learned a bit about molds and how hottubs are made, but it was all very straight forward decent work.

The only hard part was getting used to the physical aspects for the first week or two.

I cant even give this company a star if you dont shut up and and do as your told you get fired. And without just cause and they refuse to give you paperwork you need when they let you go it is an environment that is unhealthy and they really dont can about there employees they talk down to you and yell at you you have to watch your paychecks because they are always wrong and wont fix them unless you make a big deal about it WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR DO NOT WORK HERE 

We start off the day with a morning meeting in our lunchroom
to announce the daily quota and placement of personnel on the 
production floor.
Then we start up the equipment and make sure everything is
running smoothly.
The tubs must be perfect to ensure the customer is happy with it;
which sometimes hard to do because of all the equipment inside.
We tease each other once in a while and have a good laugh on 
and off the production floor.

Started off as a great job. Provided with training followed up with  work assessment  every  3 months.  Each week company meetings  and goal objectives.  Individuals have the opportunity to advance their career in skills.  Without warning  your crew mates disappear,  production is still expected to meet quota.  Skeleton crews often required to multitasking in other departments.  Workloads can be  stressful 

Typical day at the manufacturing plant for me was to go in for early morning, punch in, go to my work station and begin building walls for 9 hours.

I learned the in working of a plant as well as proper PPE and tool use and maintenance.

The hardest part of the job was repetitive and heavy work, as well as many hours on my feet.

I enjoyed the interaction with fellow employees.
