Middle Management is unethical. As Resident Manager, you deal with the Property Manager and that is where most problems are. You will not get enough support on time from the office, but when it comes your turn, you are supposed to report to the office immediately. They didn't pay me bonuses and said I was supposed to fill form monthly for which I was not given any form. The job on paper is 10 hours per week (part-time), the hourly rate is good, but overall you spend way more time, they don't pay. A lot of time Property Managers will cut off vendors' services and you are asked to do those work such as snow clearing in the street without any equipment. They even back charge residents for anything they want which is not right.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I honestly don't know any good parts about working for them , first they ripped me off by not paying me enough n than I had to pay rent ,when it should of been free. Lastly they weren't paying the government my taxes but they sure were taking off my cheques. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part is all the work u were excepted to do for them like weekly reports about other apartments in area n the cleaning schedule was rediculous.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was diverse. They are the biggest n longest running company in Edmonton.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I'm no longer with them. I made 1 mistake n they fired me. Like I'm on human and lose things.

It's been six months since I started working at Braden Equities, and I've already fallen in love with it. The company's culture, personnel, management, and presence are all exactly what I was looking for. I'm happy to have found such a fantastic business with such wonderful staff members. This apartment is easily our favorite place that we’ve ever lived! It feels more like a home thanks to a private entrance, no downstairs neighbor, and only one shared wall making it feel like a private oasis.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing good working at Braden Equities 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
 All of it was stressful due to the unorganized Head Office.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment was very stressful and uncomfortable

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stress all day due to this company is all about money and different policy’s for different people.

The cheerful atmosphere is one of the finest aspects of working here. Everyone was so positive and constantly had a smile on their faces. Working here has taught me a lot about patience. And I'm happy that my efforts are not in vain because the company recognizes and appreciates them. Work-life balance has also never been this good. Working here is a dream come true for me.

Its hard to work any other job whilst working as a resident manager. It says part time work but its actually  full time and overtime. Endless phone calls and the money you work for is exactly enough to cover your rent. Was not that pleasant because tenants call anytime, even overnight. If you got a second job where you are not able to take phone calls. Makes it so hard. 

If you are organized everything become easy,I learned to be efficient, you are welcome to say your opinion!They are honest with the salary!Hardest part is when you see the tenants evicted because of bad economy in the last years! Is very easy..if you really  want to work and if you are responsible every single day, the company support you,appreciate you and promote you!

Love working at Braden Equities. Both the employees and the management are very positive people to be around. The company also values its employees and provides good perks. Promotion and a boost in compensation are not far away if you consistently perform well. Working for this company is a dream come true.

Since the profession I chose requires constant hard work and initiative, I consider myself extremely fortunate to be employed by a company that not only encourages these positive attitudes but also actively supports my professional development and advancement. I am looking forward to working with and for Braden Equities for many more years.

Working here taught me a lot about effective communication and how to be more patient. I've never had a problem with burnout because the company prioritizes the physical and mental well-being of its employees. Thank you so much for everything you've done for me. I'm motivated to keep working here for a few more years.
