You will never hear from upper management for any encouragement or appreciation about your work, no matter how efficient you are.  They will get you to do as much of their footwork as possible without any acknowledgement. Little to no communication from supervisors. Some sketchy pharmacy issues going on that keep popping. Never any acknowledgment for going above and beyond or traveling for them.

Would be an excellent place to work if they could provide a proper clinic lead.  High turn over of nurses.  Very difficult to work with the clinic lead.  

Management was very difficult to deal with. I was left in a clinic with no air-conditioned at 28 degree temp for one month. Horrible for patient and Nurse.  Communications were nor very straight forward. However I loved the patients and the work and would do it again for the sake of the patients.

Moncton Clinic - High Volume.  As LPN - Worked to Full Scope.  Patients return for long term treatments, clinic is patient focused.  Online Education modules frequently - time paid.  Clinical Resource Nurse/Customer Resource Centre very supportive to clinic and field staff.  business casual, BIPOC and Diversity supported.  

Great work place environment - management supportive and approachable for any issues - good team work, respected, learn new skills and medications frequently - love the environment and organization

Best place I have worked in a long time. Busy days, but I like busy. Learned a whole new type of medications and side effects. Love teaching the patients. Hardest part of the job is the computer is too old and we have to reboot a lot. I have learned how to manage my time. 

Competitive and had a culture of “nurses eating their young.”  Management was not interested in improving or advancement. Only with keeping status quo and filling the day with as many patients as possible no matter the safety.  

Good employer and interesting clients. Flexible hours, competitive pay for an RN. Lots of education provided. Many new skills developed at this job. As the leader you have many responsibilities as well, including managing staff. 

A wonderful company to work for. You must be ok with self motivation for success. There are lots of supportive people but they are working remotely so you have to reach out. 

Working for this clinic has been a dream. The office is peacefully quiet and all of the workers are extremely kind and caring. Everybody looks out for each other and it's a really positive workplace.
