You will never be promoted unless you're friends with the managers. Basically no promotion! Don't expect it or ask- they hire outsiders for higher positions. Allot of gossiping  between managers/supervisor and employee so never tell the managers or supervisor anything!! If your dying, keep it to yourself. They have holiday parties and bonuses which was very much appreciated but your day to day suffering, overshadows that. You will be micromanaged to the point of suffocation. They will never accept or appreciate any ideas you have so don't speak. This place is for a certain type of people not for everyone. I was fired for speaking up about the intense micromanagement, the micromanager worked overtime to have me fired. I Know of many others who were let go and didn't get paid, i know of others who git paid but not the correct amount, i know of others who got fired because of medical reasons. they will fire you for personal vendettas. They fired me because they didn't like me - i didn't tolerate their bull.

Overworked (when given hours), underpaid, under appreciated. You do so much for that company and never receive the recognition you deserve. You agree to do one thing outside your position title and you get hit with a bunch of other requests, also outside your job description. You have to FIGHT to get a raise and rarely end up getting it. Management and other staff treat hosts terribly (don’t even learn their names). 

Most of the time the other hosts are amazing people and make the shifts worthwhile and not absolutely miserable 

Calling people themselves is great, but if you're not buds with the Supervisor, you work while they have their friends sit beside them, eat and gossip

They underpay their employees and the job is very slow paced. They don't value you enough and people end up leaving them for companies who care. They don't want to spend money on their employees and don't expect a raise..

Easy hangover job, if you need money quick. Do not stay for a career (your managers will suck, you coworkers will become your friends for life)

Very reasonable expectations of workload, and lots of support available from other coworkers if you're ever stuck on anything. There is a culture of respect and teamwork that makes working there a very pleasant experience.

Managers are great! Everyone seems chill at the Toronto location. Work is very repetitive, but you get to oversee a lot of cool focus groups happening.

Working at CRC Research Inc in Toronto was a really nice experience. I had support from my co-workers from the very first day and the job culture is that of assisting each other to get the job done in the best way possible.

Gossiping and inappropriate management. PMs are rude and don't care. They will find a way to put the blame on you the back themselves. They underpay you and expect you to give them 100% when other companies pay 8-9$ more an hour

management is not the best but its not the worst. I think the project co-ordinators should take time to get to know their staff. The work culture is okay and there are no benefits.
