CReATe, while staffed for the most part by very pleasant people, has an issue of the left hand not knowing what the right is doing. There is very sparse communication between departments and minimal scheduling of patient arrivals for their convenience, and as such days can range from completely devoid of work to working double-time and still being overwhelmed/having to remain late.

Because very little is concretely scheduled or designated within the lab, the distribution of work can quickly become a free-for-all, where it's possible for workers to strategically avoid taking on tasks or going to lunch in hopes that someone else will take it while they're away, which detracts from an otherwise positive workplace culture.

For the most part this can be attributed to a simple lack of cohesion between departments, with the exception of the business office, which will often display dismissiveness or outright hostility towards inconvenient requests.

This is my first nursing job (started August 2018). I work in third party reproduction (egg donor/surrogacy). Knew nothing about this field when I applied. Work is not very clinical, I manage 60-100 cases for international and domestic patients using egg donors and surrogates, and also manage the egg donor and surrogate cycles.

Company is huge, but overall it's a great place to work -- salary is generous and one of the only private clinics that have HOOPP and benefits. Lots of "lifers" here. 

Do not work at Create!The nurse  managers, and doctors treat their employees poorly.The management uses a condescending tone when talking to others in the office.Doctors and nurse managers are  ALWAYS rude and impolite to staff.  Your often frowned upon if you if you bring up a concern.The attitude of superiority  turns off other employees causing a hostile working environment.There is no one to complain to as they do not have an HR department.

The Recruitment Process was good, not complicated and friendly.
The man that hired me was welcoming, nice and easy to talk to. I was comfortable.
I don't have any complaints about the employer.
I would recommend the employer to my friends.

I was very interested in working at this organization at first. There are so many issues working at Create. Be prepared to stay long after your shift is done, barely a break, doctors are terribly rude to employees as well as the management and even your nurse colleagues. Be prepared to be talked down to and treated like you know nothing by your own co workers. Training is an absolute joke and very unorganized. I had the worst experience ever working here.

I love the girls I work with, the company offers good pay . The clinic manager is great and is always there to help, however the director doesn't care about your time or anyone else's.  You'll be done work and waiting for 3 hours to leave because of that . Always 2 hours late to work, causes a back up of patients which leads to a super long day .

It can be overwhelming with the increased workload. Nonetheless, you are learning something new everyday and the staff is amazing. The purpose of the job - helping create families - is what makes it all worth while. 

Communication is a problem. They dont keep their promises/word. Managers dont treat you professionally.
Lab managers not cooperative.
Some days are super busy and others are dead

CReATe was an amazing place to work as a student. I was lucky enough to be in the summer student program and it gave me great ab experience and professional research experience. amazing research staff!
