I would like to share what I experienced with the  work culture in this company. The whole management team is from China. As you can know they don't have any CANADIAN CULTURE and WORK ENVIORMENT though it is called Canadian Jerky Company. I can assure you what you can get is very heavy-load work on every single working days. You don't have any work-life balance experience there cos you will be always asked to do overtime. 

Very interesting and professional company. 
Would definitely recommend working here. The people there were very easy to get along with. This company is very busy, but fun to work with. They have a very strong team work attitude.

Upper management made me feel very welcomed and taught me specific procedures regarding my duties extremely well. All employees were very welcoming and were always positive every day.

I used to work here as a Production Worker, and must say that this has been the best place I've worked at so far!
It is a very clean workplace. Lead Hands and Managers have a lot of knowledge, and are always willing to help and to guide you.

Worked there for about 2 years. Typical meat industry. Production is fast paced, and we can sign up for OT on weekends and get more paid. Sometime it's stressful becuase it's not like working in a nice and tidy coffee shop. Overall it was not bad working there, the team environment is good, some of us don't speak English.

This is a brand new facility. Everyone is fun to work with. Managers truly care about their employees, and their training style makes it easy for you to learn your job.

I work jn food packing and it's very good its team economy very amazing and i like their behavior..as their  give relax break they tell proper training to their workers with fast work on machines and well explain all things

-Being a pet food factory, expect cute dogs around the office at anytime.

Management doesn't care about employees or standards. Safety is of no concern. Health standards are laughable. This is a company that hires and fires with regularity.
