I worked at Cardio connect and if there’s one thing that’s for sure, you are reminded daily you are replaceable. I seen several staff fired or quit in a very short time span. The entire staff is disposable. They are constantly hiring because the minute you stand up for yourself or have an opinion, you will be pushed out if you’re past your probation , or fired if you aren’t. 

Dr Fahoums favourite word is productivity. Doesn’t matter how hard you’re working, it’s never enough. This is not a clinic, it’s a business. The main focus is getting as many patients in and out as quickly as possible for capital. The wages are higher but the expectation is unrealistic. The turn around is bad because the work culture is so toxic. Take less money and work in a clinic who focuses on patient care and values their staff. This is not the place. 

Cardio Connect is an excellent establishment to work for. As a team member you are treated fairly, are given adequate training & resources, and you are provided with all the tools you need for success. Great educational opportunities. The team is very welcoming and kind. I felt welcomed right away. You get to be trained in a variety of areas & each team member is dedicated to helping you succeed. The hours are amazing (work-life balance). There’s always opportunities to move up in positions at the clinic & there’s opportunities for involvement. The work environment here is positive and uplifting. I feel satisfied and secure in my position. 

This job is all based on perfection, you need to be like the others who raised to the top, any mistakes you will be punished or worse terminated.  Management is the worse (toxic), you cannot express your feelings with anyone or else you will be fired. Only the favorites stay. You won’t have friends there, everyone stabs each other in the back. Don’t waste your time working here, find a place where you will be appreciated and respected. 

Unfortunately the doctor here is very impulsive and if you do something he doesn’t like, he will fire you. This is proven by a high staff turnover rate which is why you’ll see Ads for positions at Cardio Connect all the time. While the benefits, increased salary, are all better than any of the other clinics out there, save yourself the stress of working for a doctor you have to be cautious with %150 of the time. 

This is a very TOXIC workplace. In my 15 years of working I’ve never experienced anything like this place.  Management and leadership is non existent. They will manipulate you by using tactics such as gaslighting. You will only end up feeling confused, isolated and stressed. This is proven by high turnover rate.  Avoid if you know what’s good for you. 

Great work-life balance. Excellent & positive work environment. Team-based and everyone is excellent to work with. This is an amazing job opportunity that allows you to expand your education, knowledge, and experience, while gaining hands on expereince. Employees/staff are treated fairly, and treated very well. I absolutely loved working here

This place was a fantastic place to work at. The work-life balance is excellent, and I am always rewarded for my hard work.

Management gives me the tools I need to succeed, and the Doctor & Chief of Staff are great to work for.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking to grow into a career.

Very poor management. They lack the skills to properly manage employees and provide support or training when needed. The compensation package is very enticing but the high turnover rate tells you everything you need to know. 

The place has several issues and the focus is not on patient care. That was concerning for me as a nurse to see. Also there is no job security and if you don't act as expected but not communicated you will be fired.

Great team, excellent work life balance, good compensation.  The team is really focused on supporting each other. Lots of solid communication. 10/10 would recommend
