An incredible facility that is mismanaged! This course has the potential to be an amazing environment but instead the management ruins that for most. Between creepy comments about female employees and members and a lack of discipline or structure, this course has truly gone downhill in the last few years. If you ever come to play Coppinwood, you will see an insanely overstaffed backshop doing nothing with absolutely zero structure or management from above. Never in my life have I worked a job where the management was so absent. After declining a promotion to manager at the end of the season, they cut my season bonus by about 75% due to "performance related issues". To summarize, don't work here unless you are actually interested in WORKING, you will be equated to people with zero work ethic and uncontrolled hormones as the management is too absent to understand.

Work day starts as early as 5:30 am with 6 or 8-hour shifts available. Employees work every third weekend resulting in 12-day work weeks every third week. Jobs often require lots of walking and some strenuous tasks. Compensation is agreeable.

Absolutely amazing management, everyone was accommodating and eager to assist me whenever i asked questions. 
I learned better work ethic, working in fast paced environment and constantly looking for new jobs to finish. 
Learned many new methods of cooking, working with new people, and adapting to the many situations present during a busy shift and rush hours.

Worked with many machines it improve the performance of the golf course. Had many different positions from working alone on the irrigation systems repairing them or using them to water damaged areas, to working in teams on interlocking projects.

Only drama, no teamwork. Poorly managed. They prefer hiring young girls to have inappropriate relations with, then actual employees with real skills. They definitely prefer fostering an environment of competition and inappropriate behavior over being a respectable workplace or company.

Loved the work environment.  Each day learned something new about Golf operations. Staff  were excellent and the facility second to none.

I regret leaving Coppinwood, for the people there are awesome to work with. Make you feel part of a family. However, it's seasonal work and I needed a full-time job.

Good place to work. Good management, fair hours, nice co workers, included staff lunches. Ability to move into different job roles when in the company.

Overall awesome people, members and staff. Love working here and would highly recommend should you get the opportunity. Management was great and always had there staffs back.

Great all around.  Very supportive and friendly environment.  Management at all levels are supportive and very open communication which allows for personal growth.
