Golf club atmosphere is terrific! You feel like a family.
Everyday was never the same. 
I've learned everything I know from Credit Valley. Managed to work there for 9 years. They also paid for my schooling. 
Co-workers were also great and very friendly. 
Hardest part about the job was trying to please everyone. Instead of having 1-2 bosses every member at the club was your boss.
Pressure was always high to make sure every event was top notch. The most enjoyable part about the job was its social atmosphere, its food and golf privileges. On staff I had 2 managers and 20 employees.

Good for learning a lot of culinary skills, your 8 hours or less every day is the hardest part of the job as the exec chef will give you a lot of tasks and demand to finish everything by the end of the shift. Will not encourage you to take your break as they do not take breaks. Management is poor as there is no HR to report to when there is a violation of workplace safety and harassment. Many old people (typical boomers) work in the kitchen.

Working at CV has been an incredible experience, the environment is great in every way. The management is nice and appreciative of the staff. The people are friendly and easy to work with. The interaction with members is always delightful, their warm compliments create a sense of pride in our work. It was so much fun to work in the kitchen, filled with the most inspiring, talented, hardworking and encouraging people with an amazing leader. 

Overall a terrible place to work. Shifts are  fast paced with little/no time for breaks. Pay was awful. Most of the workers were treated incredibly poorly by management and some of the members. Often  scheduled to work early mornings (6am or earlier) the very next day after closing at 1030pm or later. Full time workers were given zero benefits. If you value your mental health, Credit Valley GC is definitely not the place to work at

Overall just a really fun place to work at! Get to work outside and as a bonus, get an amazing tan! There’s staff appreciation days where you get paid the full day and work half the day and do something fun like bowling or play a round of golf with the staff. 

Management always looking for self starter employees and staff with ownership oriented mentality. You can Easley receive promotion and become lead staff once you stablish your self and prove ethics.

Credit Valley is a beautiful place to work with many high-level actors available to be networked with in and around Mississauga.  During my time spent there, management was not up to par with the demand from members resulting in the stress being trickled down to the rest of the employees.

There is an immense amount of pride that all employees take being part of the maintenance crew here. Right from management down to the part time employees.

Given lots of flexibility with working hours and lots of opportunities to develop. Compensation is quite good and the flexes are a must
