What is the best part of working at the company?
The location is very close to home. The work is not over demanding. Company policies and procedures are not restrictive. Pretty decent company benefits, for example, company pension, dental care, extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking, paid time off, and vision care.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful aspect of the role was managing collections and overdue accounts when company policies were not always consistently enforced. This created challenges when working with long-term customers who were used to flexible payment arrangements, such as pay when you can. As a result, maintaining cash flow and accountability sometimes required significant persistence and negotiation.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is okay with many long-tenured employees who know the industry well. The work culture could benefit from more structured processes and clearer communication between departments.

I am looking for a challenge, but also a company looking to work through this tough economy and prosper. 
I have hands on experience in credit adjudication, collections, cash entry and negotiating with clients. 
I also bring to the table a very good understanding of third party reports, how the information is compiled, and how to use them properly.

I did enjoy my time there. Just the newly minted Parts Manager wants a "yes man", wants you to do anything he says without question. Asking questions or trying to figure new ways of doing things, means you're too argumentative and he's against that, just do what he wants.

The other people there are great to work with. Friendly, helpful, easy to get along with.

Great company in a sense to work for except you need to be willing to bow down to certain people that are untouchable no matter what the circumstances are. Management also will not help when issues arise with those people and “it’s a one way street when it comes to them.” Everyone else are great people. 

Overall good people to work for/with. Depending on what dept you're in there is better communication than others. Overall environment is not stressful.

Management is alright, but would rather turn the branch into purely sales and cut out any other aspect. So not the greatest environment that way. Coworkers and office workers are great though.
