A typical day at Divvia involves connecting with Canadian business owners to introduce our payment processing solutions and services. From my very first day, I’ve learned something new every single day. I’ve developed strong communication skills and learned how to build meaningful relationships with business owners over the phone, turning conversations into potential opportunities. Much of what I’ve learned has come from my manager, who has provided valuable guidance, tips, and strategies to help me grow and succeed.

The management team truly excels in leadership and support. Whenever I need assistance or advice on improving my performance, they are always available and willing to help. You never feel left on your own, and there’s a genuine sense of open communication where you can comfortably discuss challenges or ideas.

The workplace culture is another standout aspect. The environment is welcoming, upbeat, and full of positive energy. Walking into the office each day feels motivating and sets the tone for productivity and success.

I wouldn't say this job is difficult but rather challenging—success here comes down to consistency, hard work, and mindset. With the right attitude and determination, anything at Divvia is achievable.

The most enjoyable part of working at Divvia is closing deals and signing new clients. After putting in the effort, it’s incredibly rewarding to see business owners choose to partner with you.

I have been with Divvia for just about 2 years now and my experience is all positive.  It's not the largest of teams so everyone knows each other and as a result, the work culture is great.   This good dynamic also makes it possible to have routine after-hour events/activities organized by the company.   Another factor that plays a big role in Divvia's great workplace culture is the owner himself.  He is super active when it comes to his business and he actually comes to the office most days. He works non-stop, and you can just tell he believes in his company, which is a BIG motivating factor.  Management is great as well — always supportive and always opened to helping out.  I really appreciate that management work equally, if not harder, than employees.   This creates a great dynamic where everyone is held to the same standards.  There is nobody, regardless of their job title, that just sits around doing minimal work all day. 

The hardest part of the job lies in the reality of a sales and commission-heavy job.  You need to be comfortable with rejection and be able to not let it affect you.  This is always harder in the beginning but eventually becomes easier.   On the other hand, one of the most enjoyable parts of the job is the ability to write your own paycheck with nobody watching everything you do all day.   We are given quite a good amount of freedom, as long as you don't take advantage of it.  

During a work day, we make many calls, reaching out to clients and prospects to evaluate their specific needs and respond to these in the matters of their payment processing. This includes all parts of their businesses : management, inventory, rates, pricing, etc.
While I've been with Divvia, I've learnt how to communicate with many people from all over the country, accommodate their wants and needs and have become knowledgeful in regard to how payment processing works and its different available programs, lot's of math, which I love !
The hardest part of the job is feeling stressed when your sales quota is not met. I love this place very much and I do not want to have to leave if my quota is not met. It is comfortable and I feel respected and as a valuable member.
My superiors and colleagues are always kind and respectful. Sometimes the timing isn't right or the prospects have inconveniences on their end that can delay their set up, and this affects our productivity, and we are a company based on productivity. It is also amazing to have a shorter work week. I believe in this company and am proud to be a part of it each day!
The most enjoyable part is 100% of the team, 100% of the time. Feels like family to me.

Working at Divvia has honestly been a really good experience for me. A typical day is busy but in a good way. There’s always something to do, and the time goes by fast. I’ve learned how to manage my time better, communicate more clearly, and handle different situations with confidence.

What I love most is the management. Very supportive, understanding, and easy to talk to. I truly feel like they care about the team and want everyone to succeed. That makes a big difference.

The atmosphere at work is positive and friendly. People respect each other and are always willing to help. It doesn’t feel stressful in a negative way — it feels motivating.

The hardest part can be juggling a few tasks at the same time, but it helped me grow and improve.

The best part is definitely the management and the overall vibe. I enjoy coming to work because the environment is supportive and welcoming.

On top of that, the work environment itself is amazing: good music keeps the energy up, and free food is a sweet bonus that shows the company cares about us. Honestly, it feels rare to find a place where work feels enjoyable rather than a chore, and Divvia nails it in every aspect. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, vibrant workplace.

Cold calling clients is a tough job. But when you put it in your head that you will never have to see these people, you turn it into a game it becomes fun. It brings you out of your shell and teaches you to speak freely with people and have fun with your conversations. Little do people know, that asking the spelling of ones name, how their day is going, just showing some compassion goes a long way. I don't know how many times people have thanked me for being "human" and respectful and fun on the phone to speak to. Not just being some "regular old telemarketer". 

Perfect Hours
Worked here for 6 years every day is a new skill I learn about the industry of merchant processing.
Mangement believes in us and trusts the capability of our skills.
Easy relaxing environment with free coffee and during breaks we have a relaxing lounge area. 
Great part is that there is room to advance in the company the salary and commissions are fantastic. 


 The management is very co operative and  confident. They work really hard around the clock to facilitate and help their team members improve on daily basis by providing their support in whatever manner is possible. They have created very safe amd comfortable environment while being totally professional for every one to work in and its really refreshing. 

The job involves cold calling businesses that have already been called several times before. It is very draining with no job satisfaction. 

The work culture is not good. Targets are unattainable. Management style leaves much to be desired. 

There is "free" pizza once a month, and "free" coffee, but it comes at a price, and that price is just not worth it.

Freedom to go as far as one wants and good people.

Nothing really, it’s what I wanted.

Good vibes. And Pretty kind people
