This company should give back stars to Indeed rather than getting any from reviewers. Never in my life have I ever worked for a company that had so much disrespect for its employees. I worked here for a bit more than a year and it was horrid. The only reason I stayed so long was it took me a while to find something else, since my energy was drained every day just being in the office.

First of all, they praise anyone who is willing to step on others to get to where they want to be. Family are the worst. The boss' brother who is also part owner has two children that work there. They are both fresh out of highschool and within a matter of months they miraculously walked up the chain to be managers. They don't know what they don't know so you can't blame them,  but then when issues are caused they have no idea how to solve them because they don't fully understand what they are doing, so they follow the company mantra which is to blame the outsiders. When something goes seriously wrong, just find someone to blame and fire them.

The turnover is unbelievable. Look at the picture on their website of their "Team". This was taken about a year ago and here are the stats...41 in picture, 7 are family so really 34 employees pictured. 14 have been fired or left since the picture. 41% turnover in a year. Of those that are left, I know of at least 7 that are actively looking for something else or extremely unhappy. Says something about the company...and there are others not in this picture that have come and gone since.

If you take a job here, you will come to  regret it. Take my advice...STAY AWAY!

I would describe this as a great place to work and an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that is growing. There are many opportunities to collaborate and support other departments, which helps build a strong understanding of the business as a whole.
A typical day is varied and involves supporting employees, responding to questions, and working on initiatives that help improve processes and the overall employee experience. Through the role, I have learned the importance of listening, adaptability, and creating solutions that support both employees and the company.
Management is supportive and focused on growth, with an open approach to communication and continuous improvement. The workplace culture is collaborative, respectful, and team-oriented, with a strong emphasis on people and doing the right thing.
The hardest part of the job can be balancing multiple priorities and ensuring all needs are met in a timely manner. However, the most enjoyable part is working with such a great group of people and being able to listen, provide support, and help create policies and initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth and position it as an employer of choice.


I've been with EZ STAK under Operations Department for four years, and it's truly been a great place to work and incredibly rewarding experience. 

A typical day at work was structured, fast-paced, with clear outlined task and coordination with multiple departments. 

One of the key things I learned was how to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle a multitasking role while still meeting daily target and goals. I also developed strong skills in managing competing demands and gained a deeper understanding of project management workflows.

The management was always approachable and supportive, setting clear expectations from the start. They created an environment that encouraged open communication, and guidance helped keep the team be on track and aligned with company objectives and core values. 

The workplace culture encourage professionalism, mutual respect, and a strong focus on growth. Team members were both supportive and experienced, and there were a collective drive toward achieving shared goals. 

The hardest part of the job was managing tight deadlines particularly during busy periods or when last minute changes came up.  However, these situations pushed me to improve my time management skills and stay solution- focused under pressure.

The most enjoyable part of the job was working with skilled team members  and seeing projects come together successfully.  It was a rewarding feeling to have our hard work recognized and to celebrate those achievements together as a team.

Factory vibe: surprisingly cozy — clean, warm, and genuinely comfortable to work in (bring light safety shoes, not a parka).

Equipment: shiny, new machines everywhere — feels like you’re operating a spaceship, except the smoke breaks are real.

Training: ongoing and thorough. Even the nastiest machine mysteries get solved — someone actually answers “why is it making that noise?” with a real answer.

Hours: standard shop schedule with occasional overtime during production pushes; weekday stability is solid and overtime is always optional — especially at month-end when everyone chases bonuses.

Management: upper management sometimes seems to think the floor runs on magic, but middle management is the bridge — they actually know what’s happening and keep things fair.

Pay: mixed — some positions are underpaid, others are competitive. Worth negotiating based on the role.

Pace & culture: relaxed and low-pressure. No one’s overly pushy; it’s a steady flow that’s great for the new generation learning the ropes.

Bottom line: Comfortable shop, top-notch gear, solid training, and a chill culture — just don’t expect upper management to understand your tooling jokes.

Working at EZ STAK has been a fulfilling and great learning experience on all levels. As a growing company, the environment is both challenging and gratifying. It is a great place for students/recent graduates to acquire the necessary skills to heighten their careers and for longstanding employees to advance their professions within EZ STAK. 

Throughout my two years of working at EZ STAK I have gained invaluable experience, and acquired numerous essentials skills, but I have also encountered some challenges that made me question my capabilities at this company. If it weren’t for the supportive management and staff that listened to my concerns and acted upon these considerations, I wouldn’t be in the confident position I am today. Every company has their growing pains, but what matters most is when the management/staff can listen and truly care for their employees during these times of advancement. 

If you are looking for opportunities to excel and grow, yearn for a healthy work/life balance and have a constant yearn to learn more, you will benefit from working at EZ STAK.

Every day starts off with a morning meeting where we briefly go over what we are shipping out and the jobs we are working on as well as any other important information. The rest of my day consists of picking parts for upcoming jobs, receiving anything that comes in, and making sure everyone has what they need and that all materials are counted for and organized on the shelving. I perform complete Inventory counts every 3 months and sheet metal counts at the end of each month. Once I have completed my work I ask my manager where/ who they would like me to help cause one of our core values is team work. Everyone is super friendly and we are all willing to help each other out. I  love working here and this is the best company I have ever worked for. The best part about this job is the people here especially the bosses that make you feel apart of their family, and who insure you feel valued and appreciated.

EZ STAK is a solid place to work overall. The job offers engaging and challenging design work alongside straightforward, well-thought-out products. The team is easy to get along with—people are friendly and collaborative.

Management is decent and has shown improvement over time. Older reviews don’t fully reflect the current environment, so it’s worth looking at more recent feedback to get an accurate picture of the progress that has been made.

The machines and equipment are above industry standards, which makes day-to-day work more efficient and enjoyable.
