I am a current employee in the maintenance side of Envirogreen. I am a older fellow and have been in the work force for over 40 years and have seen a  lot of companies operations! 
In my experience at Envirogreen I have seen a very focused Occupational health and safety program. Excellent training focused on health ,safety , equipment , procedures,  and policies.  
The Management are very focused on a team environment.  Management is approachable and open to new ideas for safety, improvements in the plant and for the team.
I work with a lot of great people there that work hard and seek advancement . The Management recognizes  hard work which creates opportunities for those team members that are looking for advancement.  
The staff in Langley and Princeton are family orientated and care about you and your family. I have personally experienced this. It's very warming knowing the company cares.

Their was no good parts about working for this company.Envirogreen treats its employees like dirt and takes every opportunity to steal from them.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Constant exposure to toxic waste and being gas lit by management that their is nothing to be worried about.If you bring up long term health effects of exposure you are treated worse than the toxic waste.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic waste and toxic management.If you dont work like a caveman you won't fit in.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Being exposed to endless variations of toxic waste for the smallest amount of money they can get away awaywith paying.

My experience at Envirogreen has been both fulfilling and challenging, exactly what I have been looking for in a career.  This is the kind of place where you get what you want in a career/work place with hard work and patience.  The company fosters a collaborative and family oriented work environment where a person can feel confident in their work and there is plenty of support.  Envirogreen has good benefits and management cares about career development.  No matter what the position, by working at Envirogreen you can feel good about what you do for a living because it all helps the environment and the local community!  

Working at envirogreen as a labourer with no experience in the industrial field was an amazing learning experience. My unfamiliarity with the job was met with patience and opportunity for learning at every step, from co-workers, supervisors, and management. For me, it was the people and learning experiences that made the job such a rewarding and memorable experience. I would recommend this position to anyone whose looking for a future in the trade, as there are many opportunities to work along side the trades workers during maintenance days. 

Working as a welder at the soil remediation plant was a challenging but rewarding experience. The environment required a strong focus on safety, environmental responsibility, and equipment reliability, which made the work meaningful and impactful.
The role involved maintaining and repairing equipment used in soil treatment processes, including conveyors, piping systems, tanks, and structural components exposed to abrasive materials and corrosive conditions. This provided valuable hands-on experience with heavy industrial fabrication, wear-resistant materials, and preventative maintenance practices

Has a higher turnover of employees than any gas station.  Poor management, dangerous place to work (no H&S).  
Fully up front about the little experience I had. 
Got hired with no experience, got fired for them not understanding the "no experience" part of my resume.   
Asked for reviews/guidance during my time there, was told "doing great, no problems".
If you're applying from out of town, there isn't any place to live.  No rentals, few houses to buy.  
Don't believe a word they say, it's all bull.



Great place to work.  Company is building a fantastic team on site, safety is the #1 priority from the CEO down to the entry level laborer.  Envirogreen has one of the most comprehensive on-boarding programs I have ever been through.  Its reassuring to know that fellow employees all have a mutual understanding of how things are done.  Supervisors and Foremen are well organized and the company is structured for success.  I look forward to many year of a satisfying career in a safety focused environment.

Workplace culture is one where you are expected to bring your best self to work.  Expectations are clearly communicated.  The work is dynamic and collaborative.  There is room for advancement if you show initiative, creativity, and accountability.  

Envirogreen has been a good company to work for. Management has been very receptive to feedback and seems to truly care about employees and work life balance. 

Operation treatment bonuses were given out regularly last year based on productivity, which was awesome. 

I have enjoyed coming into work everyday and have enjoyed taking on diverse roles and responsibilities throughout the years. I have learned a lot.   


I worked there recently and I have nothing but great things to say about the culture and environment at Envirogreen. They take safety seriously and if you are willing to work, you can advance quickly. All the employees and supervisors were approachable and understanding. I would recommend anyone looking for work in the Princeton area to apply!
