I have been working at Future Ag Inc. for eleven years. 
I’m here to tell you the reader, looking for a reputable company to be employed by, this is the place.
 If you want to learn, work hard and grow as an individual then this is the place for you.
 If you are looking for a place to use your best skills and surround yourself with people that are smart, and hard working - treat you like family instead of a # on your pay cheque this is the place.
 The employees here are great people. Our organization does random things to show their appreciation to their employees, which I have super appreciated over the years. 
I find in life you get what you give. Over the years this is what I have found with working at Future Ag Inc. my employer is honest, loyal, dependable, they show team work, flexible, reliable and appreciation. , if you want to learn and grow the opportunity is there for the right people.  They have a clear focus on the future of the company and their employees. 
The education to learn – we in last two years have turned to online training which I find sometimes is hard to get feedback from other employees from other dealerships. Hopefully it will return to training centers again so we get the extra feed back and learn from other dealers, we work with. The health benefits are not the best but not the worst. I wish they had a vision plan, included in with the plan.

with Future Ag purchasing another Store in Stony Plain, can see clearly that they are making their mark in the Ag industry. All staff have a great workplace and the moral in the store up beat, easy to get up and go to work in the morning and go the extra mile day in and day out, Ag industry is fun to learn as a technician and as a apprentice, whether that be in Parts or Service. Really appreciate the extra bonuses for do a good job-rewards here are awesome.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great team, strong support, and a company that stands behind its people. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Same thing as every other job, balancing priorities when things get busy.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good group of people, like anywhere, your attitude makes the difference.

Well they have to many people with no experience they hire people just cause and expect other people to train them . Management is a joke they say good things at first then they use you. If you don’t agree with them well they take that personally and bang don’t care about you as an individual. Personally management need to go for all stores. I’d highly not recommend them at all don’t waste your time. 

Horrible management. Liars blame employees for any issues. Do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. Constant harassment of employees very pushy and demanding. Overload employees with work and run on a very skeleton crew. Micromanaging is the management style. Employees are not appreciated at all. The harder you work the harder they push. They do not respect employees at all.  

After only seven weeks I was let go because they didn't think my phone skills MIGHT not be good enough during the busy time. Was treated like a criminal when I was let go, they followed my around as I went to say good bye to co workers. 

I learned lots working as a tech in this company, there is lots of room for advancement and the atmosphere was awesome. had a great time working with staff members in other departments which were always eager to help out. There is lots of room to grow in this organization.

Stay away unless you like abuse from management. They have micro managing honed to a fine art. Promice you the moon, but will not deliver. Broken promices is their culture.

This company is very poor to work for. Management has no idea of what exactly is going on in the business. Feels that the employee has to be available 24, 7 for the company. The employee is expected to put their families second.

I enjoyed every minute of being there people were good. Learned a lot and had a fun time doing I found very small amount of stress involved in the work I would work there anytime as a tech.
